''Hugo time for bed baby'' Marinette called as he was playing with Caleb. ''Aww But-'' ''No buts I let you stay up last night come one tell uncle goodnight'' Marinette crossed her arms. ''Come on I will put you to bed we can play tomorrow'' Caleb picked him up and brought him to me. ''Night baby thanks Caleb'' I pecked his cheek and Caleb took him upstairs and got him ready for bed.

''Where are you going this hour'' Marinette asked Adrien. ''When did you start caring'' Adrien shot back. ''I never stopped caring Chat'' She said sitting on the chair around the island. Adrien was speechless. ''Your dad wants to know if he can get someone to put a trampoline in your backyard'' Marinette asked looking at the message Gabriel sent her a message. ''Where'' He asked sitting next to her.

''Adrien you live on a frickin estate you can build an airport on your house are you serious'' She yelled. ''Yea fine put it be my guest'' He responded. ''Thank you'' She replied. ''So it's been three years are you gonna tell me now'' Marinette asked. ''Tell you what'' Adrien asked scrolling through his contacts. ''Why do you hate Hugo so much'' She asked.

He stopped scrolling and she sighed. ''Goodnight Chat'' Marinette said before walking off leaving him there...

The Next Day...

''Mama where did you get thwis from'' Hugo asked taking down her snowglobe from the bedside table. ''My pubba gave it to me'' She smiled making up her bed. ''What is that'' Adrien asked walking into the room walking to Hugo he took it from him and shook it. ''Adrien give it back'' Marinette said walking to him.

''Adrien give it back to him'' She yelled as he stood on the balcony holding it up to the sun. ''Adrien'' She screamed as he threw it up. ''Adrien-''  and he accidentally dropped it off. The sound of the glass breaking beneath them as the picture fell into the pool water ruining it. Tears fell from her like a burst damn as he froze in horror ''Mari-'' ''Why do you hate me so much'' she screamed as the boys stood beneath them.

Taking Hugo she ran outside into the field. ''Hugo when you grow up baby, never let anyone take advantage of you, okay baby, I want you to be a good boy but n-never let anyone treat you less okay'' He nodded and stared at his mom as she wiped the tears away. ''Are you okay'' Hugo asked. She nodded and it wasn't long after her body collided with the floor.

Hugo stood in horror and sat next to her crying as he tried to wake her up. ...

Later that night...

''You okay'' Christian asked as Marinette's eyes fluttered open. ''Yea'' he heard her whisper as she brushed Hugo's hair from over his eyes. ''You fainted and he didn't want to leave you'' Chris added. ''Oh okay'' She responded. Slowly getting up she covered him and walked downstairs to the kitchen with Christian.

''Mari I didn't-'' ''Adrien, can you just leave me, I-I'm the only one trying to make this work and you j-just make everything worst, I-I don't know what is it I did b-but that was the only picture I have with b-both my parents as a baby, why can't you love me again'' she sobbed. ''I didn't mean to drop it'' he responded. ''Just leave it Adrien'' She responded.

''What do you mean by the only picture with both your parents'' Devante asked as he and Caleb overheard their conversation. 

''When I was 2 and a half my dad disappeared and till this day I don't know why, so my mom raised me my whole life basically, he only came back when I was 15 so I know what it's like to be without a father and it's not nice Adrien, you still have your dad and you don't even call or talk to him, every time you meet up you always argue, he tries to be a good father to you now and you push him away, just like you push me away. 

I-I try Chat and you don't want to fix what happened so now Hugo has to suffer the consequences for something he didn't even do, You know what's the worst part, after all, that you put me through I still love you Adrien and it's messed up.'' she said before walking off...
