" Mommy?!" Hugo yelled. "Sorry, yes son?" Mari asked shaking herself out of her gaze. "Can you make breakfast, please? I'm hungry," he whined. " Oh, I'm Sorry love..." She sighed. " Why don't I do breakfast today? how does that sound?" Adrien interrupted.

"Okay, Pubba!" Hugo smiled. "Okay, go, rest Princess, I got this kay." she shot him a smile and walked away. "What's wrong with mommy Pubba?" Hugo asked. "She's just tired, okay son" chat replied. "Mommy works too hard... WE SHOULD THROW HER A PARTY! For the baby too !"

"Oh...uhm... Okay, well talk about it Later okay son. What do you want to eat?" Chat asked. "Cereal!" Hago cheered.

Later that day...

"Why is Hugo talking about a surprise party for me?!" Marinette asked. " Oh, uhm... he may have asked to throw a party for you and the baby and I said... yes..." he trailed off. "You did what!" Marinette yelled. " Mari, I- " 

"you couldn't do it... You know how much it's gonna hurt him..." she sighed and sat on the bed and bowed her head.

"Mari, it's gonna be Okay-" "No it's not! he's gonna hate me! I messed up! He's gonna be so mad! It's all my fault!" She sobbed sliding down to the floor. "Mari! Come on, don't do this, Hugo loves you, so so much okay and he will understand, and my dad wanted you to go to his place, are you up for it or..."

"Yeah, I'll be fine, thanks love, I'll go get ready." She said before she got up and walked into the bathroom. 

Adrien sighed as he thought... This news was gonna destroy Hugo.

Three days later...

"Daddy should we bake mommy a cake for the party?!" Hugo asked. "Hugo-" "ohh we can put a baby on it!"

"Hugo-" "A pink cake!" "Hugo stop! We need to talk." Adrian sighed. "Okay, what's wrong daddy?" Hugo asked...

A few minutes later...

"Momma!" Hugo yelled running into his mother's room. "Baby-" "what happened to my sister!?" He shouted. "Hugo-" "d-daddy said she's gone, i-its not true! Right?!" He asked.

"Hugo there was an accident a-and-" "I don't care!" "Hugo don't-" " Daddy you lied to me! You said my sister was okay!" Hugo yelled. " Hugo it's my fault- I-"

"What did you do with my sister ?!" Hugo asked. "Baby she's gone..." Marinette replied. "No..." he whispered." So I-I'm not getting a sister?..." He whispered.

" Yes! You will baby... just ... not right now..." Mari shot back. Adrien stood there in horror. Hugo's face looked like it was gonna burst, his cheeks were red and his hands were formed into a little fist.

"I hate you!" he cried. "Hugo-" before Adrien could say anything he ran out the room. "Ah shit-" "Adrien don't" Marinette replied. "What- I- he can't-"

"Just leave him. He's right anyway I would hate me too, In Fact, I do hate me." she sighed and got up. "Mari, come on that is a bit much-"

"Adrien he just lost his dog, that was his best friend now he lost his sister. Just give him some time, can't you see he's hurting!" Mari shot back. Adrien sighed seeing her tears. "C-Chat, can you just give me a bit of space please," she asked, sniffling back her tears. He sighed and left.

''Hugo... Can we talk?" He asked, hearing him crying from down the hall, knocking on his door. "NO! GO AWAY!" Hugo yelled from behind his locked door.

A few days later...

" Hugo, do you want anything for breakfast?" Mari asked. But Hugo refused to respond. "Hugo, your Mom Is talking to you," Adrien responded. Hugo still stayed quiet yet again and his mother sighed. "Hugo-" "Leave me alone! I hate you both!" he shot before running outside.

"babe - he's just sad, ignore it-" "I c-can't-" she sobbed before running up the stairs...
