Chapter twelve: "Sophisticated Type"

After he is nowhere to be seen anymore, I turned to see if my family was still watching me, and thank goodness they stopped. So I use my shirt and rub the spot where Cloud kissed my cheek
Yuck

I have to deal with this when Cloud and I are together with my family, I jogged back to my home and everybody was waiting for me in the living room

Dad doesn't have that same face when he approved of Cloud back in the garage, he now has a deep serious thinking face on as for Mom she looked very worried. The look on all of my sisters' faces when they look at me has that reassuring look that I don't have to be nervous

"So.." That said it made me sit down at the chair at the other end of the rectangular glass coffee table

Cloud that jackass didn't even tell me beforehand he told my parents My subconscious told me in through gritted teeth, not literally but I can imagine it

"Cloud Marshall" he continued, the air in the room is so heavy like in my second I feel like I'm going to be crushed by it
"I'm not going to let you date him," he told me and my mother hit him at the back of the head

"You just don't want your daughter dating" Mom stated to all of us, I was nervous and confused at the same time. Mom saw my face and she leaned back on the couch putting both of her feet on the coffee table

"He just doesn't like the idea of you someday leaving the house and starting your own life" she explained and all of my sisters sigh in relief, I can tell that this is important because I am the first from one of my sisters who is now dating

I get that it is quite confusing as to why can't they just date like any normal person, they can but they have very high expectations because of novels and movies so any guy they would come across they would immediately turn them down.
Guys these days just don't come across our expectations much that is why it leads to some disappointments

Cloud was just not my ideal guy, heck he is the total opposite of it except for the fact that he is smart that is a great quality to have because it can redeem him a bit from his annoying attitude and I hate to say this but I have to agree when they say he has good looks
Handsome on fact

"What's with all this tension?" Aunt Laborè asked all of us as she enter the house in her office clothes
"Penelope is dating somebody without telling us!" Wendy explained to her loudly because Wendy was now in the other room

Aunt Laborè raised a brow at me in amusement as she observed all of us
"So you guys are having a meeting because Penelope is now dating?" She tried to stifle her laughter

"Of course, we have to sis, this is important" Dad answered her as he rubbed one of his eyes with his palms, Aunt Laborè sat beside me and gave me a small fist bump

She has that exciting look
"I have great news for all of you sisters, it's great that everyone is already gathered here to avoid the hassle" she pulled out something from her bag and it was her phone

"My boss has something to announce to all of you" she almost squealed while telling us, then she pressed the voice recorder button

"Is this on now?" I heard another woman's voice in the recording
"Yes miss" it was Aunt Laborè's voice that replied

"Alright, so hello Price sisters" she laughed a bit
Calling us price sisters sounded a bit ridiculous

"I have informed your Aunt about this but I feel like I should say it with my own words," she said before clearing her throat

Me and my sisters look at each other with puzzled looks, what does our Aunt's boss want with us? What we all know about Aunt Laborè's boss is that she is named Sophia and that she is a big influence in the fashion industry
