"May I present you, King Ben Florian and Lady Mal!" Lumiere said.
The choir started playing festive songs as everyone gathered in the middle of the room to dance.
"You look beautiful as ever" Ben kissed Mal's hand before inviting her to join the others for a dance.
They were all filled with joy and soft laughters could be heard across the room as Jay and Lonnie interpreted Beast and Belle's dance in the castle after that curse they had before.
"Hi, you look amazing " it was Aruvin complimenting the blue haired girl's appearance.
She wore her high heels, her shade of blue made her even more stunning from every angle while wearing her own dress.
Though Evie did not expect Aruvin to see her as she was expecting someone else.
She was cursing inside her head hoping the head knight in front of her won't ask her to dance since she wanted the prince of hearts to be her first dance.
"Would you care for d-" Evie's inner side panicked at the thought so she didn't hesitated to cut off the knight.
The blue haired princess felt actually uncomfortable around someone she doesn't even like or fond of.
She ran away from their spots leaving Aruvin speechless and ashamed of what he could've done that made her walk away.
"Evie! there you are!" two of her friends went to her with smiles visible on their faces.
"Uh you look like you're in a hurry" Mal was now confused of her best friend's state.
"Argh! can't someone just tell Aruvin that I'm not into him anymore!" Evie told both Mal and Jay that the knight almost ask her for a dance.
They knew Evie well and even though she's really into finding a prince she didn't want to go dancing with some random person.
Aruvin's not that random to her but they don't know each other and Evie thought that talking to him might lead somewhere else.
"Where is he when you need him" Mal and Jay looked at each other, smirking at Evie.
Mal motioned Jay to accompany her somewhere or perhaps to someone she's been looking ever since everyone started dancing.
"Jay I would like to dance with you but I refus-" her long haired friend smirked once again while dragging her somewhere.
They both passed through the crowds not minding the people's little dances were hitting them slightly.
"If you were looking for him you should've went to me, I was with him ealier" Evie didn't even had the chance to speak at all when Jay escorted her near the balcony.
The latter mouthed 'go talk to him' before leaving Evie with the prince of hearts leaning on the railings of the balcony.
Evie could only stare at him in awe of his appearance. His suit made him look like he was in a movie and sort of being the main character.
