𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒

D2- 𝐈𝐕. ─ 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐘

It was already noon when Evie had woken up from her sleep. All she remembered was that she was put to sleep by one of the dark abyss crew.

She peaked her eyes open while staring at the ceiling still lying on someone's bed not planning on getting up.

The room was familiar to her and she tried moving her hands but it was being held by someone near her.

Evie stared at Zevan's sleeping figure on the side while seated on a chair near the bed. She realized that she's in his dorm all along.

She looked at his hands ontop of hers holding it tightly like he never want to let it go at any costs.

A small grin made it's way into her face noticing that her beau was in a deep slumber, his slow breathings and his soft features made her sat up before running a hand through his hair.

She softly ran her hand through his soft and wavy hair without waking him up as she know the prince went through a lot of trouble the past few days in Auradon.

And for now what matters to her was her lover having a tight rest with her and she was touched by how he took care of her and even used his dorm.

Evie kept adoring the latter when his head slightly moved where it was laying on the side of the bed.

The older woke up because Evie was stroking his hair and she didn't do it in purpose to wake him up, she just wanted to adore him while resting.

"You're awake, how's your sleep?" Zevan sat up on the side of the bed while facing Evie who leaned on the pillow.

"Feels great and it seems like you're too timid of cuddling me" the blunette giggled at the sight of Zevan blushing from what she just said.

She knew in fact that he would rather cuddle her to sleep but didn't since he might thought that it will disturb her or make her uncomfy the moment she wakes up.

"Evie" Zevan spoke while scratching the back of his neck trying to say something at the princess in front of him.

He was hiding something and Evie was confused why he was acting weird lately even the day they went back to the isle.

"What's wrong?" she came closer to him and leaned her forehead to his waiting for him to talk.

"Hades told me something and I already told the others about this so I just waited for you to wake up" Zevan spoke in a low tone and sat up straight on the bed.

"It's something about a prophecy of the Evil Queen killing someone from the isle and it will happen in Arendelle" Evie couldn't speak as she just heard her mother's name in a dark prophecy.

She was confused just like the rest of the VKs who already knew about the prophecy and they are trying to think of an idea to not make it happen.

"Who will it be?" her voice began to crack as she was getting uncomfortable of what she's hearing right now.

Zevan tried comforting her by taking her into his embrace and he regretted telling it to her at the wrong time but Evie has to know.

"We're not sure maybe some random villain in the isle but don't worry Hades said he's trying his best to talk to your mother" Zevan said but there was a little lie hidden at his words.

He had to lie about something so that Evie would not think in the wrongest way. He had enough hearing these prophecies and asked for Hades help to prevent it from happening.

Hopefully Hades and the other villains would put a stop to it before the kingdom of Arendelle comes to it's downfall as it was mentioned in the prophecy.

"And I have to go to Arendelle, I made a deal with Kozmo" Zevan told her everything that happened back in the isle when she was out for the whole day.

She understood that he was only doing it for the sake of Auradon and Arendelle so it's better if they leave it up to him but they need to put their trusts to him.

Zevan stood up and was about to leave his dorm with Evie on the bed but the princess stopped him for a moment before pulling him inside again.

"Hey are yo-" Evie cutted him and grabbed his cheeks before pulling him into a sudden yet soft kiss on the lips.

Evie's worries were eating her on the inside and she couldn't do anything for her to help her partner with the troubles hanging around.

And they both swear that they felt all the sparks flicked inside of them when they kissed for the second time and it was the longest they ever had.

Zevan reciprocated it and smiled in between the kiss, he pulled away while staring at Evie's eyes full of doubt and worries.

He gave her words that could lighten up her mood and wash away the thoughts she was having because there's a part of her that knows what Zevan is up to and would put him into a more risky situation.

"You have to promise me you'll come back here alive and if you don't I'll blame myself for not being able to help you" Evie threatened her own partner and even joked about it so the room was now full of chuckles from the both of them.

"Yes I promise and you have to take care of the others for me" they both reassured each other that everything will be fine.

Zevan wasn't even a fan of promises and would totally break it if he has to but for now he'll accept it from Evie.

Both of them left the dorm and it was supposed to be just Zevan who'll go outside the castle but Evie insisted and went with him.

Later they saw everyone else outside the castle. Ben's parents were out on a trip probably because of the meeting Queen Elsa needed from each kingdoms.

"They're here" Ben said and pointed at Mal who just arrived with the dark haired son of pitchiner black.

"I'm surprised you trusted me but it'll be just the two of us" Kozmo stated emphasizing that Zevan will go with him alone on the way to Arendelle.

The older nodded as a response and looked back his friends who were worried since the day Kozmo was really up to something.

"Goodluck prince of hearts try not kill everyone in that kingdom" Mal half joked but she felt eye daggers hitting her and she knows it was Evie.

"Ben take care of them for me" Zevan said to him as Ben could only nod back.

Kozmo went ahead on their way to Arendelle and Zevan followed suit but before he could walk a meter away from them he threw a folded paper.

He had it on his back holding it waiting for Kozmo to lead the way so he could give it to his fellow VKs.

Carlos was the one who took it from the ground not making a sound so Kozmo would not suspect anything as he was just walking slowly away from them.

Zevan looked to the side and nodded a bit when he saw that they took it. They went on ahead leaving the VKs in Auradon.

They just hope he has another plan to counter what Kozmo have in his mind when going for a visit in Arendelle.
