This isn't what a royal would do.

Minoru's words travelled inside my head the whole day. It repeated more than ten times in my mind.

I do not agree of what he said before. I understand he wasn't in good terms with his family but blaming Zevan for it won't make anything better.

"I do not see him as one of my family, if you don't believe me I'll find an answer myself" Minoru and I are friends since this kingdom was built.

I couldn't get mad at him for despising his parent's rivals but his statements were proofs that he's blaming the son of Queen of hearts for what's happening.

"So do you have any plans?" my right hand servant asked but I see him as one of my closest friends here in Auradon.

Aruvin's one of Ariel's child. A handsome young guy just like his father, he got his father's black hair and his mother's features.

No wonder girls here in Auradon are always tailing him as if he wanted to be in a relationship.

Being in a relationship wasn't his thing at all and it shows whenever someone confesses to him.

They'll get rejected right away and he's more into sports than being a lover himself.

"Should I go find Minoru and the others?" he asked once again, I nodded in response.

As soon as I watched him walked out of my office I heard few knocks on my door. "Come in" I said and three people entered, they were soaking wet so I got worried.

"Ben.. Chad's been cursed" my eyes grew wider while walking to them. I asked them to take a seat first and calm down.

Handing them towels were the only I could offer for now because I don't have a rack of clothes in my office.

"I guess you know why we're soaked" Atlas huffed and used the towel I gave them.

"We threw him on the enchanted lake and we thought the curse will be lifted but he's still acting like a wild boar on the run!" this time it was Tobin who explained what happened.

I am in deep thought of what's happening in Auradon. First was the people who got turned into ice now someone put a curse on Cinderella's son.

They said that Chad's been acting weird as if someone made him eat something he shouldn't. I have no one in thought who could've done this to Chad.

We all know Chad's not very charming when it comes to his other pathetic personalities but he doesn't deserve this.

He looked awfully poisoned at his state and not to mention he's also soaking wet.

"And Doug's nowhere to be found" I sighed in defeat, stress was making it's way in my entire body.

I couldn't handle it anymore but as their King I am not discouraged by this bad news I'm receiving all over.

"We could use Mal's and her friends help though" Tobin stated, there were no choice left for me so I highly agreed.

My guards are also frozen along with my parents,Aruvin's looking for his sister and Minoru, Doug's missing and I have no one else to help me but the other VKs.

We went out to their dorms leaving Chad in my office. He's in a deep sleep anyways he wouldn't do anything plus he's a heavy sleeper.

"Uh we forgot about Percival!" I stopped on my tracks as I was near the VKs dorm already.

"You guys go ahead I'll look for him" Atlas told us while running away. I looked at Tobin with a shrugging look.

He smiled nervously at me and I shook my head knowing he's hiding something from me. Again.

"Okay Tobin just go follow Atlas" I told the little boy. He just nodded multiple times before running away too.

Tobin knew Atlas isn't capable of such magic anymore because his parents grounded him a few days ago for causing trouble in class.

I just let them be, Atlas might need help later if ever he gets in trouble again Tobin will be his helping hand.

Arriving at the VKs dorm I knocked multiple times. It opened revealing a fuming mad Mal.

"What's wr-" she put her pointer finger at my lips and shushed me. She dragged me inside with the others sitting on their beds.

"We found out who's behind all of this and it is one of your so called greatest companion" Mal spoke emphasizing the word companion.

They meant Minoru. I never knew he would do such things to our own people.

Minoru's not the type to hurt anyone but he did, he cursed Chad and froze half of the people into ice.

"He's not into these stuffs but why" my question made them think also of what was the reason behind all of this.

"He stole the wand so how are we gonna fight for it back?" Jay asked and I wasn't sure of what I have in mind.

"No one can't counter his powers except for.." me trailing off made them look at me in a confuse manner.

"There's no way in hell I'll agree to that Ben" I looked at Zevan and so are the others.

They got the idea since they are blood related, Zevan's powers are stronger and it was above more unique than anyone on the isle even here in Auradon.

The prince of hearts can defeat him and get the magic wand back but I need a diversion where he won't be distracted.

"You're the only one who can, Minoru's still your cousin" the four VKs were shocked hearing this like it was the first time.

'Aren't they aware that their parents are the two royals of wonderland?' I thought to myself but I guess they weren't aware of it.

"Please Zev for the people of Auradon and the isle of the lost, do it for their sake" Evie was right the isle of the lost might be in danger too if Minoru's anger grew longer.

I wonder what made him upset that he stole the wand just to have lots of powers with him.

"Fine but I'm gonna need someone's help on this one" he finally agreed to our plan.

I wanted to give him atleast a hug for it but he shoved me away. The least I could do was chuckle from his shyness around us.

"So who's the person?" Mal asked looking at the older VK. I became nervous all of a sudden who'll it gonna be.
