Three months had passed since the events of Trigon. And in that time Dick was getting the Titans up and running again, they hadn't had any official meetings yet since they were still training, but they were making a lot of good progress.

Gar and Rachel had come a long way in such a short amount of time. Gar was eager to learn the same techniques that Warbird and Batman learned when they were starting out. And Rachel found that with the training she was focused on something other than her out of control powers.

Jason continued training one-on-one with Dick, as well as training with Gar and Rachel. He had blown his privileges back in Gotham with all of his reckless behaviour in the past two years. And Ellie had sent him here to gain a little perspective.

Jason was eager to prove himself so he could get back to Gotham and get back to his girlfriend Isabella. She would come down to visit him most weekends, at the same time Dick went to Gotham to see Ellie.

And Jason thought the fastest way to prove to Ellie and Dick that he was ready to come back home was to show his progress.

Jason pulled a blindfold over his face ready for a practice fight with Gar. Both of them holding kendo sticks so they wouldn't actually really hurt each other.

"You're sure you want me to do this?" Gar asked Jason. Jason was going to be the only one wearing the blindfold. Jason liked to show off, even if it meant putting himself in reckless situations.

Jason scoffed. "Please, it's not like you could hurt me if I didn't want you to" Jason bragged to Gar. Gar rolled his eyes, three months of Jason showing off that he was trained by Batman and Warbird.

"Okay" Gar sighs.

Dick was training them not to rely on all of their senses. And to start with that meant training with blindfolds.

"When I give the word come at me. And don't hold back" Jason ordered Gar. Gar nodded. "Did you just nod?" Jason asks angrily, since he can't see.

"Yeah, got it" Gar agreed. "Just don't hold back" Gar parroted his instructions back to Jason.

"Go" Jason shouted.

Gar swung his wooden blade at Jason. Jason parried it and then held his sword up inches from Gar's face.

Gar pushed the blade away and tried to strike Jason again. Jason expertly blocked and parried each strike that Gar tried to land. Jason knocked Gar's blade aside again and then held his sword up to Gar's throat.
