Alexis' condition deteriorated quickly over the next few days. She was flashing between being her normal self and this Joker persona she had come to call Punchline.
It was Isabella's turn to watch over Alexis. Alexis was still being confined in Memorial Hospital, Arkham and Blackgate had both refused to take her, after hearing that Alexis was turning into the Joker everyone decided they wanted nothing to do with her.

Isabella hated watching her sister turn into a creature of such hatred and destruction. Alexis couldn't help but laugh at everything, it was a tormenting sound to constantly hear.
