With Bane off the streets police cars weren't being ripped apart whenever they patrolled the streets. The GCPD blockades weren't being destroyed now. And basically anything Falcone needed a battering ram to destroy was safe for the moment.
But that left the question to the Batfamily of who would be their next target. Electrocutioner was still keeping the GCPD precincts out of play. Poison Ivy was hitting every bank, federal reserve, stock exchange and wherever held large amounts of money. Firefly was hitting the firehouses and emergency services stations, he had even started to include the hospitals. And Scarecrow was keeping one eye on Falcone while the other was torturing Mayor Hill and his staff in some unknown location.
And of course everyone had a different idea on who should be next.
"If we don't have the precincts back up and running then we have nowhere to store the criminals we catch. The maximum security wing is up and running at Arkham but Blackgate will take a while to get back on its feet" Constance argued. "We need to hit Butchinski first" Constance pointed to the footage of Electrocutioner zipping between the GCPD precincts to deter any officers from getting inside.
"Firefly is hitting hospitals" Barbara argued back. "Fire stations. Emergency services. Ambulances" Barbara continued to list. "Firefly is the most likely to fly off the handle. I say that we deal with him first" Barbara also made a good point.
Ivy could wait for now. She wasn't an imminent threat at the moment.
"Scarecrow has the mayor and his council. They won't survive his torture for much longer" Alfred informed Ellie. They were getting regular doses of fear toxin.
"We don't know where Scarecrow is at the moment. That gives us time to search for him while we take out the others" Ellie tells them.
"So Firefly or Electrocutioner?" Luke asked Ellie.
"Why not both?" Ellie asked. "I'll lure Firefly and Dick can lure Electrocutioner" Ellie looks to Dick. Dick nods back.
Together they could take down both Electrocutioner and Firefly at the same time. Trap the both of them in the same space.
"If I get to deal out some fucking justice then I'm on board" Dick agrees. Electrocutioner may be powerful but Dick would be able to outmanoeuvre him. Firefly was the one with the jet pack and that would take some speed.
"You'll have to run Firefly down first" Luke tells Ellie. "Bruce's research shows that the Firefly's jet pack uses a hell of a lot of fuel when he's firing his flamethrower and when he's pushing the engine to fly faster" Luke explained the mechanics of the suit.
