My POV

Cynthia didn't speak a word to us the next day. She didn't even make eye contact.

I wonder why. Maybe the guys told her something?

I just shrugged and headed to lunch with the guys. Cynthia was sitting alone in a corner, which was fine with me. We all sat down and started eating. I decided to ask them.

"Hey, what's up with Cynthia? She's not talking or making eye contact."

"Oh, we told her not to." Namjoon smiled.

I furrowed my brows. "Why?"

"We heard you guys arguing in the bathroom yesterday, so we had a little chat with her." Jin answered and I looked at him.

My eyes widened. "You heard everything?"

They nodded and I sighed. "I'm sorry you had to hear all that stuff. It's just...she just won't admit what she did. It's annoying and it frustrates me."

"We know how you feel, Navya." Jimin said. "That's why we told her not to talk to us."

"And not to talk to YOU." Hoseok added with a smile.

"You all said that?"

"Well, not us. Jin-hyung did." Taehyung turned to Jin and patted his back.

I turned to him and smiled. "You didn't have to do that, but...thank you."

"He was amazing! He was really angry and told Cynthia right in her face!" Jungkook laughed.

"She was so shocked that she couldn't form words." Yoongi chuckled. "She just kept on staring at hyung."

"He looked very serious, almost intimating." Hoseok's eyes were wide. "It's very rare to see him like that."

I looked at Jin and he scratches the back of his neck, making me giggle. "Really? Well, I'm glad that you stood up for me, thank you again."

Jin's face turns bright red from all the attention and I laughed. He clears his throat.

He clears his throat and waved his hand. "It was nothing. No need to thank me."

"Also, I have to apologize about yesterday. I'm sorry about what happened last night. I didn't mean to yell at you guys like that. I was trying to calm myself down, but instead I did it on you. can you forgive me?"

It's okay, Navya. You were just angry, don't apologize." Jungkook smiled softly.

"But, I have to. I yelled at you guys for no reason when I'm supposed to be mad at Cynthia." I leaned back in my chair and sighed. "I feel so guilty."

"Navya, it's okay, we forgive you." Namjoon smiled. "Just like Jungkook said, you were just angry from arguing with Cynthia yesterday, don't blame yourself, okay?"

The others all nod at Namjoon's statement and I looked at them.

"Really?" They nodded and a smile spreads across my lips. "You guys are the best friends ever."

"Hey, what can we say? We do our best." Taehyung grinned and pretends to flip his hair, making us laugh.

We finished eating lunch and headed back to work. I was in a good mood today since Cynthia wasn't talking to me. She didn't say anything mean back, so that's a good sign. Again, the guys and I asked each other questions about confusing stuff and worked together.

Cynthia POV

I saw the boys with Navya, smiling and laughing with her. It made me so furious that my blood was boiling inside of me. I crossed my arms together and watched them from the entrance of the cafeteria, with a scowl on my face.

That should've been ME! Not that little bitch! Argh!

I glared at Navya for getting me into trouble with BTS, my favorite K-Pop boy band. I really thought I could be friends with them, but I can't cause that girl is in the way, always ruining my chance.

Luckily, I remembered the idea I came up with last night. I rushed to my desk and without the boys and Navya looking, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen, writing down a note. I taped the note on top of Navya's laptop, running to the bathroom and catching my breath.

I smiled to myself and rubbed my hands together.

Navya, you have a lot coming your way.

My POV

After finishing up our work, we started to pack our stuff to go home. I was about to put my laptop in when I saw a note taped to it. I took it and read it.

Hope you're feeling more happy after what happened last night. If not, I have something for you to make you feel better. Meet me in the restroom.

Your handsome friend,

Jin ;)

Wait, which restroom? The girl's or the boy's? He didn't say which one specifically, so I just went into the girl's, my smile fading away.

It wasn't Jin, it was Cynthia

"You better not start another fucking argument with me after what happened last night." I glared at her and she smirked, walking up to me.

"Oh, I'm not here to do that." She grabs my wrist and her nails dig into my skin, making me wince.

"Ow, let me go!" I try to pull away, but she has such a tight grip. She pulls me and pushes me against the wall, my back hitting the cold stone. I rub my back and groan in pain. She grabs my wrist again, her nails digging deeper now. I hold my wrist and wince in pain.

"Listen here, you asshole. If you EVER tell Junmyeon about what happened last night, I will HURT your friends really bad. Especially Jin. Do you understand me?" Her voice was low and her stare was deadly, making me look away.

"I said, do you understand me!?" She growled and I nodded vigorously, still in pain.

"And don't EVEN think about telling the guys about THIS." She chuckled. "You were off the hook yesterday, but today," she comes close to my ear. "It's worse."

A chill runs down my spine and I swallow. She releases my wrist and there are red marks on my wrist, hurting when I press them.

Cynthia grabs her purse and looks at me, her glare sending daggers into my heart. "Don't think I'm bluffing, I WILL hurt your friends so bad that you'll be crying on the floor, wishing that you never told them."

She cackled and left, leaving me shocked and speechless. I was shaking so much and trying to process what just happened. I wanted to cry, but I held my tears in and bit my lip, heading out to my desk. I start packing up my stuff and that's when Jin comes over, with a serious face.

"I saw you heading into the restroom. Did Cynthia say anything mean to you?" He asked and I looked at him, shaking my head.

"No, she was just fixing her makeup, that's all." I plaster a smile on my face and Jin tilts his head to the side, furrowing his brows.

"Navya, did something happen again? Please tell me if that's true so me and the guys can do something about it."

Jin, I wish I could tell you, but...I can't. It's for your own good.

"Nothing happened." I smiled. "We ignored each other."

"Okay, then. Well, I better get back to packing." He smiled a little. "See you tomorrow."

"Bye, see ya." We both wave back and I sighed. I put on my coat and head out, my heart breaking.

I'm sorry, Jin.
