It was early Monday morning and I was honestly dreading to go to school. I whipped open my curtains and noticed that there was a sign in christians front yard.
"Oh good you're up!" Mum smiled as she peeped into my room.
"Yeah, umm Mum are the next door neighbors moving?"
"Yes I just spoke to Christians mum sandy. She says that she and her husband want the family business to continue but melbourne wasn't the best place for it so they're moving elseware."
"Uh Ok." Inside I was actually jumping for joy! Christian would finally be out of my life once and for all. There goes one issue solved but I still had one problem remaining.. Luke.
Hayy I'll drop u off too school yeah? - Beau
Yeah! and dnt b late! - Maddi
I hurried out of the house to the sound of Beaus horn.
"Oh you're early for once." I teased.
"Unless you wanna catch the bus with Luke then be my guest." He smirked.
"You always drop Luke off though?"
"Yeah but he pissed me off last night so now im forcing him to catch the bus."
"oh.. You guys had a fight?"
"...Yeah."
"About what?"
"Oh uh nothing important."
"oh." I knew something was up but I didn't question it.
"So wheres jai?"
"Oh he slept in so he's probably gonna be late."
"Ahh yes of course."
Beau made his way into the schools carpark.
"Hay you want me to pick you up from school? I'm not working today."
"Yeah sure." I smiled while making my way out of the car.
"Ok have a good day at school." He chuckled.
Every morning me and my friends would meet infront of my form class on the benches. This would be extremely awkward since Tash and Luke would be there. Hopefully Nicole would be early so that I could tell her whats going on beofre Jai snatches her away. I made my way over to my locker and thnakfully Nicole was there waiting for me.
'"AAHH Thank god you're here! I have major problems..."
"Yeah? Whats up?"
"Tash and Luke are umm going out."
"As a couple?"
"No shit!"
"Thats weird.. But whats the problem." She said while staring blankly at me.
I didn't know what to say. It was to hard to sum up in just words.
"Well Tash has always thought that Luke had a thing for me and that I have a thing for him and... uh.. im starting to wonder if it's true.."
"Yeah I know."
"WHAT?"
"Come on! I'm your best friend and bestfriends know these things."
