Three

Ethan pov

Two blissful months passed with our Jay doing the best and beyond. I still couldn't believe fate brought this one amazing dude into my pack. I had no other explanation for Jay just so 'accidently' running into us besides fate. He and I were close, and I started to consider him extended family. He was just too good to be true.

He had taught MJ and a couple other guys how to steal the cars better than before, and they had caught on real fast; they were no where near as good as him, but they were fair matches. Then Toni and he got to work on the cars; Toni picked up his knowledge easily, but once again, Toni was only a fair match to Jay. One more thing he did was teach some of the street racers how to really race and win; fair matches, once again.

I was taking it easy today and walking with Toni and MJ as we went out to get a couple replacements for some old tools we had. And it was when we were taking a short cut into town, passing by a huge house, that we saw a seriously hot chick.

I mean, really, she was smokin' in those black jeans short shorts and solid gray tee. She was doing a little dance, making her messy bun of  fiery red hair bounce a little, as she worked on a car; she was probably making things work. I smirked at the guys then snickered, "Watch this boys."

As quietly as I could, I started to sneak up on as she leaned over the engine. She was skinny but tall for a girl, and even her ass was sexy. With a glance at the guys, who were trying to hold back their laughter, I wrapped my arms around the girls' waist and was about to start grinding against her when she whirled around and sucker punched my jaw. "What the hell? What the fuck was that..." Her eyes widen just a bit at us. "What was that for?"

"Damn, I think you broke my jaw," I complained, cupping my jaw with one hand, as I stared at her, but she glared. Then I couldn't help but notice something familiar about her. "You look familiar. Do we know you?"

"I know. You look like someone we know," Toni added as he studied the girl with me. She gulped a little but shrugged and snickered with an Irish accent, "Well, I've never met  you before. And I'm a 100% that I was not one of the hundreds of prostitutes you lads been with."

I couldn't help but laugh as she turned her back on us to get a tool. "You got fire in you, girl. But I'm pretty sure I know you somehow..."

But just then, a man with soot black hair and icy grey eyes appeared in the doorway, and when he saw us with the girl, he spat in some language, "Bastards! A fháil as mo talún agus fanacht amach ó mo neacht!" (Get off my land and stay away from my niece!)

The girl snapped at him, "T sé, uncail! Tá mé ag cur cúraim acu!" (Shut it, uncle! I'm taking care of them!)

He waved his hand while cursing us in that language, his face disgusted by us, and he disappeared into the house after slamming the door a little too hard. The girl shook her head while clenching her jaw. "Sorry about that. My uncle is..."

"What language was that?" I asked, curious, and she smirked little. "Irish. But the reason he knows it is because my family and I use to live there, and he got some Irish investors. I'm actually surprised he can speak it fluently."

"You're from Ireland?" MJ inquired, and she nodded. "Born and raised there."

"How come you're not still their with your family?" I pressed, and she froze with her leaned over the engine. It was literally like someone pressed pause on her as she stared into the space of the gears and wire. She finally muttered, "They're not here anymore."

"What do you...?" I trailed my question as she looked up at me with a strong, emotionless face and repeated, "They're not here anymore."

It only took a second for me to take full meaning in what she said. "Oh, I'm so-"

"The past is the past, and it can't be undone. I don't need any sympathy from you or any one else," she snapped while glaring at me. I held up my hands in surrender. "Look, I just-"

"Just save it and go," she barked while wielding a welding gun at us. We jumped back then went off with her still glaring at us as we slowly made it out of her sights. Jeez, that chick was insane.

We had just paid for our tools (yes, we paid for small things like this) when we saw that beauty rolling in. It was a freakin' Ferrari 458 Italia Frankfurt! And in a nice brilliant yellow and a roaring engine as in the back. Shit, that was one damn nice sports car.

I pointed it out to the guys, and I could tell Toni was just dying inside to get our hands on that beauty. The owner of the car, some filthy rich looking dude, walked out after locking it and leaving a single black suited man to guard his beauty. I got out my phone real quick to call in Jay, but he didn't pick up; he better be busy doing something important.

I whispered to Toni and MJ, "Looks like we'll have to do without Jay. Follow my lead."

We crouched behind our van, which was four cars down from the Ferrari, after we hurriedly dumped our things in there. We started inching toward it cautiously. We were only two cars when a Irish accented voice whispered, "Need any help?"

We jumped and whirled around to see not Jay but the girl from earlier. Only now, she had a huge bruise on her jaw and a couple on her arms. I noted, "What happened to you?"

"Nothing. But I can tell you worse will happen to guys if you go in to try to steal that Ferrari," she assured us while nodding to it. I was about to ask why she cared or what she was doing, but she beat me to it. "Let's just say someone close to me is like you guys. Now on my signal, come and help me."

Before one of us could utter a word, she hurriedly moved toward the Ferrari, and in the next second, she has the guard knocked out on the ground without even the sound of a groan. She waved us over and we quickly and quietly made it to her. I whispered harshly, "How the hell did you do that?"

She just smirked as MJ got the door unlocked. "Same way I do this."

She lightly pushed MJ out of the way and climbed in the car. I couldn't believe it! She was just like Jay on the first night we met him. And she had the car ready to drive away in less than a minute. She smirked at our astonished faces. "You're welcome."

"Wait," MJ called to her just as she was about to go around the car behind us, and she did so, waiting for him to go on. MJ questioned, "Why did you help us?"

She smiled at us. "Because..."

"You like one of us?" I butted in, raising an eyebrow, and she shook her head while chuckling. "First off, you're married (Toni), you're too young for me (MJ), and you're..." she trailed off as she examined me, and so I moved in till I was face to face with her. She smirked and her lips grazed mine when she whispered, "And you're not my type."

Toni and MJ snickered behind me as I backed up to see her gloating expression. "Then why did you help?"

"I don't know if I'll tell you now, stud," she chuckled triumphantly and teasing me at the same time. Damn, she's hot. She continued, "I helped because someone close to me is like you guys."

And with that, she disappeared, going to her car, which we saw when she exited the parking lot with only a wink goodbye to us. Toni noted, "Hmm, funny. She has the same car as Jay."

"That's it!" MJ piped up. "She's got to be related to Jay."

Now that I thought about it, I guess she did look related to Jay. I'll have to ask him about that. Then again, he may not entirely be pleased with me seeing this girl he may be related to. Ah well, I'm his boss... Then again, Jay can be scary when mad. Really spin nerving. I'll weigh my options later, but right now, I got to get this beauty to the warehouse, where Jay hopefully is.
