As Alora slowly began to wake up her eyes opened to a scene that sent shivers down her spine. a sense of déjà vu washed over her as she realized she had faced this exact situation seven years prior. She was secured to an information extraction chair, trapped in a First Order cell, and confronted by the masked man, whose presence seemed to mock her, as if history was repeating itself.

"Why did you bring me here" Alora demanded, her voice steady despite the fear that gripped her, as she addressed the masked figure that towered before her.

"You're my... guest," the man sneered, his voice dripping with sarcasm and menace, as he emphasized the word, implying a hospitality that was far from genuine. his reputation as the ruthless figure known throughout the galaxy as Kylo ren , proceeded him.

"Where are the others?" Alora's thoughts were consumed by the fate of her friends, particularly Poe and Han, who she had last seen in the building that was destroyed. She was tormented by questions: Had they survived the wreckage? Were they being held captive somewhere? Her mind raced with possibilities, as she desperately sought answers.

"Do you mean the murders, traitors, and thief's you call friends?..you'll be relieved to hear I have no idea" A sense of relief washed over Alora, bringing a glimmer of comfort to her tense body, as she thought: As long as they're safe, I'm fine.

"your hatred for me is strong, I can feel it," Ren stated, his tone cold and detached, as he tapped into the dark emotions that swirled within Alora.

"That happens when you're being hunted and tormented by a creature in a mask"

Without warning, the man abruptly rose to his feet and removed his mask. Alora's breath caught in her throat as he revealed a face that was eerily familiar to her. His long, dark brown hair was slightly unkempt, framing features that seemed to stir a memory she couldn't quite place.

"Tell me about the droid"

"He's a BB unit with a selenium drive and a thermal hyperscan vindicator-"

"Its carrying a section of a navigational chart, we have the rest. It was recovered from the archives of the empire, but we need the last piece. And somehow you convinced the droid to show it to you..... you, a scavenger..... You do know I can get whatever information I want" ren said with that same hatred she felt 7 years ago.

With a swift motion, he lifted his hand to her head, and the pain came flooding back, just as it had all those years ago. She tried focusing on anything else, besides the memories from the past couple of days, no matter how hard he tried to probe her thoughts.

"You're so...lonely... so afraid to leave.... So desperate for sleep.... At night you see an ocean, I see it" ren said trying to push further "you've been here before, your haunted by what happened here.... That's why you seemed so familiar you-..... I cant go further... you can't go further. You can't remember your past"

"Get out of my head"Alora shrieked, her voice a piercing cry of anguish and her words dripping with venom, as she tried to shake off the mental invasion.

"I know you've seen the map, it's in there... you will give it to me"

As Alora continued to defy the man, the pain in her head intensified, building to a crescendo of agony. In a fleeting instant, the dynamics of their mental struggle shifted, and their energies clashed in a burst of psychic tension, as if the two minds were locked in a fierce, invisible battle.

"I'm not giving you anything" alora said through clenched teeth, mentally pushing back against him

"We'll see" he then pulled even harder at her thoughts. She screamed out in pain as the torture intensified. Her entire body began to hum with tension, as if every cell was vibrating in resistance. But then, in a sudden shift of strategy, she switched from trying to push the man's presence out to instead pulling his energy towards her. In an instant, the pain vanished, and the mental fog lifted, leaving the air feeling crisp and clear.

"Ben" alora whispered in voice that was just barely Audible. The sound was so faint, so soft, that she wondered if she had actually spoken at all, or if it was just a product of her imagination. "you're afraid.... You're afraid you'll never be as strong as....darth Vader" Her words emerged in a sudden, involuntary surge, as if her mind had been overflowing and her thoughts were now pouring out all at once.

Ren's hand fell limp, his eyes widening in astonishment. She's strong with the force, he thought to himself, more powerful than she knows.

"Who are you?"

"Like you said I'm just a scavenger" Alora's words were laced with a newfound confidence, even as she was secretly grappling with the shocking events that had just unfolded. Her mind was a flurry of questions like, Did she really just do that? Or How did she even know how to do that? Who's ben? And Was that really the force?

"No" he looked at her narrowing his eyes "We've meet before...." Ren walked to the other side of the girl and stared down at her curiously.

"You really don't remember me?" Alora spat back at him with venom laced in her voice. She scoffed at the man with a look of disbelief and disdain. "For hours, you subjected me to the same unimaginable agony, erasing my past and stealing my identity. Your cruelty robbed me of everything I held dear: my family, my memories, my life, everything....you may have forgotten me, but l've spent the last seven years, haunted by the fact that I can't remember anything but you"

The man's face was a picture of intense concentration, his eyes clouded in thought as he mentally replayed the events of seven years past. Suddenly, his expression shifted, and he looked up, his eyes locking onto hers with a newfound understanding, as the puzzle pieces finally fell into place.

"No..." his face scrunched up in disgust and his voice began to tinge with rage "that's impossible" and
then he was gone, storming out of the room and leaving Alora alone in the room.

Alora instinctively struggled to escape her restraints, but they held fast. Just as she realized her efforts were futile, she heard the ominous presence of a stormtrooper standing guard behind her. She glanced up, her mind racing with desperation, and thought to herself, there's no way it'll work.

"You will remove these restraints and leave this cell with the door open" she said to the trooper

"What did you say?"

"You will remove these restraints and leave this cell with the door open"

The trooper walked in front of her "I'll tighten those restraints, scavenger scum"

Alora looked at the trooper one last time focusing on the energy around him "You will remove these restraints and leave this cell with the door open"

"I will remove these restraints and leave this cell with the door open"As the trooper complied with her request, Alora's inner self was in a state of shock. She had always thought of mind tricks as a tool exclusive to the Jedi, never imagining that she herself could wield such power. The realization that she was capable of manipulating others' thoughts sent her mind reeling.

"And you'll drop your weapon!" Alora spoke swiftly, a clever smile spreading across her face as she watched the trooper depart, her words trailing behind him like a subtle spell.

"And I'll drop my weapon"

Alora quickly jumped out of the contraption and picked up the gun running out of the cell. Her smile expanded as she realized the extent of her abilities, and her mind raced with wonder, pondering the possibilities of what else she might be capable of.
