I tossed and turned in the bed until morning, due to the recent events. I got a maximum amount of three hours of sleep, and possibly less. And to top it off, I'm sick.
Achoo! Ah-ahchoo!
Oh, that's just great.
I climbed off my bed and went downstairs to get some water before I can rest some more, before seeing a fully-suited Mujin drinking coffee.
"Morning," I said sluggishly.
He raised his cup to acknowledge me and put it down on the sink.
"We should talk. About Jiwoo, I mean" he said.
Oh, thank god we're pretending like nothing happened last night, otherwise, I'd just die of embarrassment.
"Okay, sure. Has the situation been resolved?"
"Do Gangjae has been expelled, so there's no need to worry about him. The thing is, I've told Taeju to cover up the incident by telling everyone Gangjae killed your sister. She'll take on a new identity as Oh Hyejin. That way, she'll be safer." he explained.
"Oh. But wouldn't that mean I'd see her less? Now that the revenge plan is moving forward, it will be bad if I blow her cover," I sulked.
Mujin looked away and dismissively said, "Yeah, it would."
"Well, as long as she's safe..," I sighed, grabbing the water bottle I came down for. "By the way, I'm a little sick today, so I won't be going to the Liber. Call me if you need anything."
As I was about to walk away, he grabbed me by my wrist.
"You're sick? Come here," he said.
Mujin walked closer to me and put the back of his hands on my forehead and neck, checking for my body temperature.
"You've got a fever. I'll call someone to help look after you"
Then, he just left, leaving me a blushing mess.

"Ughhhh, I'm dying," I complained while on the phone with Jiwoo. or should I say Hyejin.
"You're so dramatic. Have you taken the pills?" she asked.
"Yeah, but I'm not getting any better. If I die, bury my Fendi baguette with me. You can't have it," I ordered her, dead serious.
She laughed and assured me it's all mine before hanging up to go work out some more. Jeez, what a gym rat.
I was about to go to sleep again before the door to my room opened without warning. And Taeju was there with a plastic bag full of household medicines and a cooling pad for my fever.
"I only came to give you this," he tossed the medicine dismissively and it landed on my head.
"Ack!!" I yelped, clutching my forehead.
"Deserved," I could see he felt bad, but he was just a little tsundere.
I still glared at him. How rude.
"Are you here to make me suffer more or help?"
"Neither. I'm only here because of boss's orders," he replied.
Taeju is definitely colder now. He's probably still mad at me for what happened yesterday.
"Are you still mad?" I glanced up at him from my bed.
He ignores me and starts walking away. But, I wasn't done.
"Seriously? I'm not gonna apologize you know. You shouldn't have blamed Jiwoo," I snapped one last time before he left and slammed the door shut.
I furrowed my eyebrows and fumed. What an idiot.
Suddenly, the door opened again. It was Taeju again.
Hmm? Why is he back?
"ˢᵒʳʳʸ," he muttered.
I blinked. Is he apologizing?
"Huh? I can't hear you,"
"I said- I'm sorry, alright?" he looked exasperated. That was kind of funny.
"Okay. I'm sorry for slapping you, too. Now, we can be besties again,"
"Just like that?" he asked.
I laughed at his expression. I may be petty but I forgive easily! Just ask Jiwoo and she'll confirm it.
"Yea, you did say sorry. Why would I still be mad? A-choo!" I sneezed.
"What's got you so sick, huh?" he walked over to me and put the back of his hands on my forehead again, just like how Mujin had done so earlier.
"Ah, I didn't change my clothes out after I was in the rain hahaha," I explained, smiling at the worried Taeju.
"Be more careful," he flicked my forehead, adding insult to injury.
Owwww.
Suddenly, there were gunshots fired outside. Taeju and I flinched, and he immediately gets up to slide the curtains open.
BANG!
The glass window broke, someone had shot Taeju immediately as he opened the curtains.
