Their Obsession

Kevin age: 7

Sarah age: 1

Kevin is being forced to move into his new step dad's house. He didn't want to at all. He couldn't understand why his mom and him couldn't just stay at their house. Yes, he wants his mom happy but he wanted her to himself (No not like that). He can be selfish at times especially when it comes to people in his life. Kevin had just gotten into the car and pouted. His mom looked into the back of the car and sighed. "I know this isn't ideal but this will be great in the long run. I really love this man. Plus, just think about it you will no longer be an only child. You will have a little sister. I have met her. She is an adorable little thing. She is so small and precious." With hearing that Kevin started thinking about his new sister. He smiled. If he had to share his mom at least he will have someone else to spend time with.

They had pulled into their new house. The house wasn't as large as a mansion but defiantly larger than a typical house. Kevin looked at it impressed. His mom and him had been living in a good size apartment but it didn't compare to this. Kevins mom walked up to his step dad and gave him a hug and kiss on the cheek. "Kevin darling this is your new step dad, Charles." Charles bent down and stuck his hand out to the kiddo. "How are you doing little guy?" Kevin looked at his hand and shook it. "I am not little. I am a big and strong." Charles chuckled at that. "Of course, you are kiddo. Feel free to go inside and check out your new home. Your bedroom has your name on it. Just make sure to keep quiet. Your new sister is asleep." With that Kevin took off into the house.

After checking out the downstairs and finding the living room, a play room, kitchen, dining room, and a very nice full bathroom he went upstairs. He found his room very easily. It was quite big. He had a dresser and a full-size bed. He looked into his closet and was amazed at the size. All he could imagine was all the cool forts he was going to build in here. He saw another door in the room and figured it was a bathroom. When he opened the door and saw that it was very nice. He saw that it had two other doors. One was a supply closet and the other lead to a bedroom.

Kevin went into the room and saw that it was clearly a baby's room. He knew his new sister was younger than him but didn't think she was a baby. He was a bit upset. He wanted someone he could play with. He can't play with a baby. As he looked around the room, he thought it was cute and adorable. When he approached the crib, he saw the most adorable baby he has ever seen. The moment the baby opened her eyes and made eye contact with him Kevin was hooked. He would never allow anything to harm her and he would always be there for her.

Kevin age: 10

Sarah age: 3

It has been roughly 3 years since Kevin and his mom has been living with Charles and Sarah. In those 3 years Kevin has been Sarahs world. He insisted on taking care of Sarah. He helped change her, dress her, feed her, and love her. Their parents were always busy either working or spending time together. If it wasn't for Sarah Kevin would have been pissed that his mom started to pay more attention to Charles than to him. He focused almost all his attention onto her. He loved her how any brother should love their sister. At least that's what be believed. When they went to the park and other kids tried to play with Sarah, he got angry. He was the only one that was supposed to play with her. He was the one to take care of her. Anyone else would just end up hurting her.

Kevin age: 13

Sarah age: 6

Kevin was sitting on Sarahs bed brushing her hair. He always brushes her hair in the morning. It was so long and soft. He loved her long hair. He thought about getting it cut but he just loved it long. Sarah let him decide on things like that. Like how long her hair is, how to wear it, what she wears for the day, and other things like that. Kevin absolutely loves that. She is like his personal doll. After he was done with brushing her hair, he put them into 2 braids. He had watched YouTube videos on how to do girls hair. He wanted to make sure she looks cute and pretty every day. After he was done, he began tickling her sides. Sarah fell over onto her side and laid onto her back. He stopped tickling her leaned over her. Kevin looked at her in total devotion.
