Shortly afterwards the tea was done the guys heard Sarah yell from the bathroom that she was done. Richard came over and handed her the Pjs. Her hand was sticking out the door. "Thank you!" Sarah yelled. Richard smiled and walked back to the living room.
When Sarah finished getting dressed, she came out and was about to sit down on a chair when she was pulled into Kevins lap. Sarah was about to get up but Kevins arms wrapped around her waist. He also grabbed her legs and put them on Richard's lap.
Kevin gave her a look like not to argue with him. Sarah just sighed, rested her head against his chest and cuddled into him. She really wanted not only Kevins comfort but Richards as well. Richard had started to rub her legs. "Okay Sweetie you need to tell us what happened. We will be here for you no matter what. I am a great lawyer. If you need me to sue anyone for you I will."
Sarah smiled at what Richard said. "No thank you. There is no need to sue anyone. I appreciate it though. I appreciate everything you both have done." Sarah took a deep breath and got ready to tell them what happened.
"I got fired. Apparently, the company ran into some money issues. My now ex-boss didn't really go into what kind of money issues. Just said that he had to make budget cuts and that has to include labor. Due to troubles sleeping I guess my performance hasn't been up to par lately. He also mentioned something about it being a safety risk or some bs. I really loved that job and I'm really going to miss it."
As Sarah spoke more tears came down her face. Kevin reached up and wiped her tears away. She was surprised she was crying again. She didn't think she had anymore tears in her. Kevin kissed her head and whispered into her ear that everything will be okay. She is a strong, amazing women. That both them will be here for her for whatever she needs.
Richard leans over Sarahs legs and grabbed the cup of sleepy time tea. Sarah smiled and took it from him, took a sip and was taken a back. It did not taste like her normal cup of sleepy time tea. Kevin rubbed the back of his neck and looked at the cup. "I figured I would make it extra strong. I added two bags. Did I mess it up?"
"No, you didn't. I just don't make it this strong, so I wasn't expecting it. Sarah couldn't believe these two guys. It was only a cup of tea but the fact they made it for her without her asking was amazing. She was also aware that since her emotions were all over the place, she is blowing up the act of making tea by a lot.
"I know you will want to get out there and find a new job right away but why not take the next three days to yourself? Tomorrow you just spend the day doing nothing really. Unfortunately, I can't take the day off due to a big court case but I'm sure if you give those kitten eyes to Kevin, he will play hooky tomorrow. Then it's your birthday. Where you will have a day of pampering on us."
Sarah started to interrupt but Richard squeezed her leg a bit hard. Then gave her the same look Kevin did earlier. She kept her mouth shut and cuddled more into Kevin. Richard then went back to rubbing her legs.
"So, like I said you will get a day of pampering on us, then enjoy your first night of drinking at our place. The next day you will need to recover from a possible hang over. Yes, Kevin and I will be there to make sure that you don't go overboard but we want you to have fun. Now, give Kevin kitten eyes so he will play hooky."
Sarah lifted her head off of Kevins shoulder and gave him what she hoped were kitten eyes. She heard of puppy eyes but never kitten eyes. She did her best though.
Kevin smiled and laughed a bit at the look their Sarah was giving him. "Of course, I will Baby Doll. I will skip a day of work."
"Yay! Honestly Richard your plan for the next three days sound amazing. I think I will do that. I will do one thing though tomorrow. I want to get my resume updated. That way I will be all set to get back out there after the three days." Sarah said.
The guys agreed to that simply because they knew her resume will never go out. If they do happen to go out, they will make sure nowhere would want to hire her. Their Sweetheart/Baby Doll will never have to work again. She will want nor need for anything. They will provide all of it for her.
After they were done talking and figuring things out, they decided to watch Nailed It. Sarah has seen every episode multiple times but it's one of her comfort shows. With Richard rubbing her legs, Kevin starting to play with her hair, the sleepy time tea, and crying a lot she was soon fast asleep.
When the guys realized she was fast asleep they decided to put her to bed. Richard got up and took her from Kevin. They both went to her bedroom and tucked her into bed. Kevin made sure her teddy bear was in her arms. As they looked down at her asleep in her bed they couldn't help but fall in love with her even more. The guys had only one thought in their head at the moment.
She BELONGES to them.
