Kevin Finds Out

AN: The majority of this chapter will be in Sarahs POV

When Sarah and the house staff member got home, Sarah went to the living room. She planned on watching some tv and forget about what Tom said. As she watched tv what Tom said creeped into her mind.

'It was weird timing. Soon after meeting her guys her life slowly fell apart. Maybe they did have something to do with it. But how and why would they want to ruin her life?'

Sarah shook her head to get those thoughts out of her head. 'No! I can't think like that! The guys have been nothing but helpful! They have been there for me whenever anything went bad! Tom doesn't know what he was talking about. I will tell the guys about this later and we will all have a laugh.'

As she was in the middle of her thoughts Shadow jumped into her lap. Sarah smiled and started petting Shadow. "You are proof the guys are absolutely perfect. When I was struggling first moving in here Kevin and Richard could tell. They know how much I adore cats so they got me you."

Sarah bent down and kissed shadow on the head. "I love you so much!" With saying that Sarah picked Shadow up from her lap, laid down on the couch, and put Shadow on her chest. As she cuddled with Shadow, she quickly fell asleep.

Feeling something caressing her cheek Sarah woke up and saw Kevin smiling at her. He was sitting on the coffee table.

"Hey sleepy head. Time to wake up." Kevin said.

Sarah sat up and rubbed her eyes. "How long have I been asleep?"

Kevin pulled her hands away from her eyes. "Hey, now. We don't want to hurt those beautiful eyes now do we? You have been asleep for at least an hour. That's how long I've been home."

Sarah whined a bit and nodded her head. She stretched and sat up. A blanket that had been placed on her fell to her waist. Sarah smiled and looked at Kevin. "Thank you for the blanket. Where's Shadow?" She asked as she realized her kitty kat wasn't with her anymore.

"No problem, Baby Doll. You seemed cold. Shadow is laying down on his window perch." Kevin said.

He got up held his hand out to her. "Come on. I made some pasta. It's already for us."

Sarah took his hand and smiled. As soon as she stood up, she hugged him. Kevin immediately hugged her right back. Sarah felt so foolish for considering what Tom said even for a minute.

They stayed in that hug for a bit, and when they pulled away from each other, Sarah leaned up and kissed Kevin.

It was a simple but very sweet kiss. "I love it when you kiss me." Kevin said.

With that the two of them went to the dining room where Kevin had dinner all set up. Sarah noticed there was only two place settings. "Is Richard not joining us for dinner?"

"Unfortunately, not Baby Doll. He texted the group chat saying he will be at work pretty late. Something happened in court. I am guessing you were asleep when he sent it so that's why you haven't seen it yet." Kevin said as he pulled out Sarahs chair for her.

"Thank you, Kevin." Sarah said as she sat down. "I will check my phone after we eat."

Once Kevin sat down, he served Sarah and himself some pasta, and garlic bread. Sarah noticed that her plate was a bit smaller than his and also pink.

She loved it! She's never been able to eat as much as Richard or Kevin. Sarah found it so incredibly sweet that they bought her own smaller plate!

"So please tell me about your day. Your company is launching a new product, right?" Sarah said as she started to eat.
