Hangover Smoothie

I found this smoothie last year and I really like it! It tastes good and helps! If you are not a smoothie drinker try ginger tea. I don't care for the taste but it does make me feel better.

I got the smoothie recipe from milkandpop.com!

1 cup coconut water

½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

1 banana, fresh or frozen

½ teaspoon ginger powder (1 teaspoon grated ginger, if using fresh)

1 cup ice (optional)

I personally add some honey as well. Not a lot just a small squeeze of the bottle.

Just add all the ingredients into a blender and when it's all done enjoy!

I will be putting all the ingredients all together tonight so all I have to do it blend it tomorrow! Going to go out and have some fun tonight!
