Hello!

For those of you who have made it this far, I just want to thank you for reading my book!

This is my first fanfic that I've ever written and the first time I've ever posted something, so for people to actually be reading and telling me they enjoyed it is pretty exciting to me. 😁

I actually started half of it when I was in middle school (which was when only season one was released) and never finished it until I came across my journal again when I was digging through my closet. I felt bad that I abandoned what I had worked on and looked at my TV (which was playing season three since I was rewatching it...again) and decided to continue it and fix it. 😅

The role I created for Ruvik in this story is mostly inspired by the backgrounds that most characters have from Game of Thrones. He's kind of someone I can see that has both that dark history with his past and still struggles to find his light, and doesn't still has trouble seeing himself as a hero, which is why after he meets Alis, he tries to be funny and more approachable with the Cadets which ends up with why he becomes attached after their time together.

I should also mention that I wouldn't have been able to have the courage to publish this if it weren't for my friends. Once they heard about it, they encouraged me to create this and I can't thank them enough!
