Purification

*The next day at a lab

"I'm not joking. I will find them and you can make a.. something to purify yourself." You said firmly to Tae who was typing something on his laptop, ignoring you.

You sulked.

"I.. I'd do anything to save you. Like you. You'd do the same for me, too." You said sadly and he looked up from his laptop to give you a glance. Then he reached for some papers and continued working.

"Do you know their names? Call them. Call them here." You said and this finally caught his attention. A little.

"Names." He repeated a word you said.

"Oh right.. I don't think you know. Or you would have called them." You said.

"Did you become friends?" He asked, lifting an eyebrow.

"Yeah.. kinda." You replied.

"Then that's one more reason you shouldn't suggest this idea." He said.

You sighed.

"The blue roses in the garden. I'll go get them-" You spoke.

"No. They aren't good anymore. All of them were affected." He said.

Darn it.

You thought, frustration shown on your face.

When Tae saw that, he walked to you and lifted you up to stand on a sofa. You looked at him, both of you blinking for a minute.

"Your eyes are shining." Tae said and you were like what? ..

Amid confusion, you were picked up by Tae into a lab.

"Um.. my eyes what?" You asked and looked around for a mirror. Something that will give reflection.

"This will hurt a little bit. Will you be okay?" Tae turned to you with metal clips and colourful plastic tubes.

"Hell.. that look scary but I have to?" You meant to reply but it turned into a question. He gave you an unconfident and so you gave one back.

"What are you doing?" You asked after he finished taping the metal clips in place. There were one on every finger. Your toes, too.

He turned a switch on and electric sparks flashes inside a clear box connected to whatever control Tae was monitoring.

"y/n, you are very fascinating." Tae spoke.

"um.. thank you?" You said, waiting for an explanation.

"You are a source of light, too. Electricity to be exact." He said and turned more switches on. The sparks became prominent and now, you saw a line of lighting.

"Ouch! Tae, it hurts." You flinched as you felt quick flash of pain on your finger tips.

"Sorry." Tae turned around and took all of the plastic off. You felt your heart beat. For a moment, you thought you were going to be fried. 

You watched Tae rubbed your fingertips with gentle eyes.

"Baby, it's okay. I'm okay." You said with a smile and hugged him.

"I do want to know more.. experiment.. but I'm afraid I'll hurt you. And hurt.." He said, his mouth moving, his voice muffled on your shoulder.

"We'll talk. Come up with a solution together." You said.

A few hrs later, three fairies the size of a palm appeared. Dahlia, Portulaca, and Cyanus spun in confusion. You gave the names to Taehyung and they appeared upon his call right away.
