The next morning.

Sitting in front of you was a female journalist. She had straight hair that she put up into a pony tail.

"Hi! Ms. Y/n. My name is Sandra Powell. I'm a journalist from Waterlines Company." She greeted with a bright smile and offered her right hand for you to shake.

"Hi." You greeted her back and shook her hand.

"I saw you when I was shown around the lab room yesterday. I think you're a very strong woman so I would like to know more about your story. You don't have to answer me if you're uncomfortable." She said.

She then started asking you about your life before coming to the hospital and you talked to her normally.

She typed something on her phone for a while and showed it to me.

It read :

I'm investigating a mass disappearance. This is not the first time it has happened. A few missing people were found, but later died of unknown mental illness. These people also do not have any medical record of being mentally ill before they went missing. If what you told me about the night you fainted is true, then you might in great danger.

"How can you believe what I said is true?" You asked.

This person is talking to a mental patient whom she just met and she's believing everything I'm saying. You thought.

She typed more and showed her phone to you again.

It read :

I haven't told anybody about my investigation. The time and date you fainted matched with the latest disappearance. Your house address was very close to where the incident occurred too. That is why you heard the screams. I want to help you.

"No." You said shaking you head.

"Why?" She asked with a surprised face. You covered both of your arms with your hands because she seemed concerned when she looked at the bruises from frequent injections.

"Is there anything I can help you right now?" She asked.

"Can I have your watch?" You asked.

Before she left, she gave you her watch and a note.

The note said :

I know you are mentally fine from talking to you. I heard you've tried to escape once, but I'm not sure why you refused my help. Since you asked for my watch, I think you have your own reason and your own plan.

This might be helpful to you in the future.

Is this to unlock my room? You thought.

The blizzard stopped and you guessed Sandra left the hospital already.

Two weeks had passed and you memorized the time things work in the hospital.
