You breathed in as you let yourself sank with your eyes closed.

You couldn't endure headache and choked. Then, you opened your eyes and panic.

You looked up and saw dark shades of turquoise. The surface was filled with broken icebergs. You thought you made it, but you couldn't swim up. You didn't know how to swim.

You were submerged in darkness. It was cold, yet it doesn't.

You felt groggy and the light hurt your eyes.

"Y/n." You heard Tae's voice. His tone sounded hasty.

He helped you get up, but you were struggling like a baby calf trying its first step.

"Hold on." He told you and carried you like a princess.

You thought and nuzzled him.

You woke up on bed and felt a sense of deja vu.

You sprang out of bed and sprawled on the carpet. Then, Tae came into your sight and helped you get up. But, you hugged him and kept him with you on the floor. It turned out he was napping on the bed bench. He didn't go anywhere.

"I have a very important thing to talk to you. You mustn't test anything on yourself anymore. Don't find the cure. Don't hurt yourself." You spoke.

"And don't leave me." You added.

He didn't reply, so you hugged him tighter, trying to convey your feeling to him that it was bad to continue his experiments.

"I can't do that." He replied.

"I have a duty. I have to protect my people." He continued and you saw black liquid spurting on your face. You felt your your arms becoming sticky, wet, and warm.

The liquid was coming out of his back.
