A young Sokka walks towards a Water Tribe Ship, carrying a large bundle in his arms, wearing face-paint. Hakoda is standing beside a ship, the same one Sokka is walking towards, having handed Tera a bundle to put on the ship which she had grabbed with her left arm for she 'accidentally' lost her right arm which felt like centuries ago. Tera looks up and sees Sokka, she sighs sadly and hands the bundle to the man behind her, Hakoda turns and follows her gase, and walks towards Sokka with Tera following behind having jumped off the ship to follow.

Sokka stopped in his tracks when he saw his father in front of him, with Tera by his side. "Sokka" Hakoda said sadly. Sokka looked into his father's eyes. "I'm coming with you" Hakoda sighs "You're not old enough to go to war, Sokka, you know that"

"I'm strong. I'm brave. I can fight! Please Dad! Tera!" Sokka said desperately.

Tera lays her left hand on Sokka's left shoulder, grimly and sadly. "Being a man is knowing where they are needed the most. And right now that is here, protecting your sister."

"I don't understand," Sokka says with his eyes glistening. "You will someday" Hakoda replied Sokka throws aside the bundle and throws himself into Tera and Hakoda's arms. Sokka sobbs into his father's chest with Hakoda and Tera's arms around him.

Tera pulls away from the hug and Sokka lets go of Hakoda.

Tera whistles a short pattern and Lion a Gellion an almost extinct species a cross between a lion and a gazelle, having the head of a lion with gazelle antlers on the top of his head, the body of a lion as well as a tail of a Gazelle, and also a scar running down the right side of his face going over his eye. Jumps off a ship and comes running towards them. Tera opens the bag that is hanging off him. She pulls out a metal boomerang.

She turns to Sokka and holds the boomerang out in front of her.

"Sokka, this was given to me by my husband, I was supposed to give it to my son, but he sadly passed away in the war. You now are the closest thing I have to a son. So I want you to have it" Tera said softly and she handed the boomerang to Sokka.

Sokka takes it and says "thank you" and gives her a big hug.

And with that Sokka ran back to the village still sad but is happy that she trusts him with such a special possession belonging to her. And oddly not questioning her about being married and having a son.

Tera along with Hakoda and the rest of the flet set sail from the Water Tribe to the Earth Kingdom.

Tera and Lion were left on the coast and the flet left to travel around The Earth Kingdom to help fight the war.
