"You and your husband Ethan just got a baby, and this is the first day you two will be together with her all day without any help"
(Your name is Vanessa)

It's the first time in eleven days I really slept good. Eleven days ago our little girl Hannah came into this world. She is a really good sleeper, and she does not cry that much, so I couldn't wish for a better and more beautiful baby. My breasts hurt, because I give breastfeeding. Ethan is the most happy dad in the world and he would give up everything for his little girl.
The light of the sunrise shines into our room. Ethan isn't laying next to be, and I also see no Hannah is the tiny bed next to ours. My head and body wants to go sleep again, but I can't let Ethan do everything on his own. All I need to wake up is a hot shower, and lots of hugs from my husband and daughter. I face the picture on the wall, it's a huge canvas picture. A picture of our wedding photos.
A smile takes over my face, it was two years ago. We were only twenty, and crazy in love. We had know idea that two years later we would have our first kid. My body gets out of bed. I take a shower, quickly and dress myself, easy, just a sweater and a short pants.
"Goodmorning", yawning I step into the living room. Ethan is busy dressing his little girl. She wears this little cute suit with little butterflies on it we got from Damiano and his girlfriend Giorgia, who is my best friend, since primary school. "Goodmorning, look momma is here", he lifts Hannah and lays her against his chest. She looks at me with her beautiful grey-green eyes.
My husband takes me in his arms together with his daughter, we stand around her. I give her little kisses on her forehead, while Ethan does the same on mine. "Should I make you breakfast", Ethan asks me while he hands me over our little girl. "And I'll give her her breakfast". I start breastfeeding my daughter, while caressing her cheek. She looks around, to see the world.
These moment, with my two favorite persons ever, these moments are golden. And I would never wanna miss them. Hannah fell asleep on Ethan his chest, who lays on our dark brown velvet couch. My husband was also sleeping. My head leans on his shoulder and I hold Hannah her hand, which is as tiny as two fingers of mine.

The most beautiful moments we had with each other this morning, turned into chaos. After Hannah slept for a few hours she started crying, hard. And for an hour now she has been crying. My wife and I have know idea why. Our girl lays against her mother's chest, who is panicking. "What is wrong with her", she sobs softly, and I massage her shoulders. "I have absolutaly now idea, baby". I sigh, listening to my daughter, crying.
"Should I call a doctor to ask what it could be?", I ask. Vanessa her shoulders are shaking. "Y-yea". I search for my phone. I haven't seen that thing since yesterday, but when you spend time with your wife and eleven days old daughter, you really don't miss your phone.
"Yes yes, uhm our baby is crying for an hour straight n-now and we have n-no idea what to do about it", I speak a little panicked to the women who picks up. She stays really calm and asks me some things about her. "She is eleven days old, completely healthy is what they s-said".
Ten minutes later I finish the phone call, it was nice talking to someone who really knows what is going on when a baby cries. "What did she or he said?", Vanessa still shakes, luckily Hannah calmed down and stopped crying.
I wrap my arms around the two girls I care most about in this world. Vanessa lays her cheek against mine. Hannah is looking up to her parents, still having red spots on her little face of crying. "You know what Vanes", I kiss my wife her cheek. "She said that is does not have to be perfect, it will be good enough, always".
