Squeezing in my husbands his hand, we walk through the mall. Waiting to meet our daughter. When I got pregnant with Elina, I was 17 and Damiano was 18. We were young and stupid, so keeping her wasn't an option. Today was the day we would meet her, and I am nervous as fucked. What if she won't like me? "Dami, I don't think I can". "You are Ivy and Damiano right?", a women walks towards us. The women is Elina her mother. "Yea we are", with a beathing heart I saw, while she signs us the follow her. A girl with dark brown hair sits on the table, and looks nervous. She looks like Damiano, they have the same lips. "Hi I'm Elina", she smiles beautiful and shakes my hand. "I'm Ivy", I smile back. "And I'm Damiano", Damiano says. We all already knew each other name, but it's our nature to introduce ourselves with your name.

First only her mom talked, because Elina was too shy. The whole time, I secretly looked at her. She is so handsome, just like her dad. Damiano was the one who talked the most, since also I am very shy. "Elina, do people on you school know you are adopted?", I smile, by asking her the first question that came up in my mind. "Once I had to re-introduce myself, so I told my class that I was adopted. They asked who my birth parent were". "Did you tell them". She nods heavily. "I was like the girl who could say that Damiano David and Ivy David were her birth parents". Damiano and I both laughed and she blushed.

"Damiano, can I ask you something", Elina asked a bit awkward. "Yea sure", he said. "My best friend if your biggest fan, can you maybe give her an autograph". The singer chuckled and Elina gave him a piece of paper. "Of course I'll, what's her name?". "Melanie". Damiano wrote such a cute little thing for Elina her best friend. I mean he would do anything for his daughter.
