By the time Nat, Thor and I arrived Fury was already in the lab and talking to Tony and Bruce
"What are you doing Mr Stark?" Fury asks
"Kind of been wondering the same thing about you" the genius replies making me roll my eyes I look at Bruce cautiously
"you are suppose to be locating the tesseract" Fury states
"we are. The model's locked and we're sweeping for the signature now. When we get a hit, we will have the location within half a mile" Bruce says my phone pings and rather than interrupt the men I quickly leave the room to check the notification.

sorry my love but can a few friends from work stay over at our house I know I said we will hang out this week, but they had no plans so I thought we could all hang out.

I put my phone away and rejoin the group to hear them talking about PHASE 2, dammit. Tony notices my presences
"princess tell me you didn't know about this?" he asks everyone turns to me and I look at Bruce who is starting to get frustrated.
"now is not the time to be talking about this" I defend. Nat looks at Banner and notices he is getting edgy
"Loki is manipulating you Dr" she says he looks at Nat
"And you have been doing what exactly" he counters
"You didn't come here because I battered my eyelashes at you" she says I frown at them this is not helping
"Yes, and I am not leaving just because you get a little twitchy. I would like to know why SHIELD is using the Tesseract to build weapons of Mass destruction" Bruce says I look at Nick curious. I knew of PHASE 2 but I never had to deal with the blueprints or anything. I was against the idea of creating weapons but I never said anything because I would hate to deal with an angry Fury.
"Because of him" Fury admits pointing to Thor, making the God confused
"Me?"
"last year earth had a visitor from another planet who had a grudge match that leveled a small town. We learned that not only are we not alone, but we are hopelessly, hilariously outgunned" Fury admits
"My people want nothing but peace with your planet" Thor defends
"but your not the only people out there are you?. And you're not the only threat. The world's filling up with people who can't be matched can't be controlled" Fury continues
"like you controlled the cube?" Steve says
"Like Loki controls Barton" I say quietly, but loud enough for Nat to look at me sadly.
"Your work with the Tesseract is what drew Loki to it, and his alliances. It is the signal to all realms that earth is ready for war" Thor says
