The husband and wife finally arrived at house Jungkook had rented for the whole stay in Italy. He has done nothing but sweet gestures to his wife. He really wanted to make Maddison feel special, and it is quite obvious that he wants to make up for the things that had went down for the past few weeks.
"For now, go and take a good amount of rest upstairs. I'll take you somewhere in the afternoon, darling". He kissed his wife's forehead.
Maddison didn't say any word, but she did nod as a response. She went upstairs while Jungkook stayed downstairs to make a call. He wanted everything to be perfect for later. He wants to make his wife happy. Right after he made a call, his phone rang. His wife's brother is calling him.
Jungkook couldn't even open his mouth to speak, because Jimin immediately spoke the moment he answered the call. "Everything is okay between the you and my sister, right?". He asked.
"Yes, hyung. Everything is okay between the both of us. What makes you think it's not?". Jungkook said.
Right now, he feels scared. There's a high chance that his son told his uncle about what happened. And Jungkook knew well that Jimin would initiate a war just to defend his sister.
"Well, I don't really have any evidence or information. It's a feeling of mine? You two seems a bit off to me, and I can't really help but think like that. Plus, your older child seems to be spacing a lot during these days. He's not always like that, Jungkook. Jihyun is a very cheerful and talkative boy". Jimin explained his side.
"Maybe he's just thinking of something? I don't remember doing anything to make him upset, hyung". What a good liar he is. Although he wants to tell his brother-in-law the truth, he didn't want to risk it.
The men in their family has never raised their hands on Maddison. Jimin will go wild the moment he finds that Jungkook did. It won't end good for him because three successful men will be against him, and they'll do anything to bring him down along with his career.
"Good. Because you wouldn't like the consequences if for some reasons you did something awful". Jimin said.
"Don't hurt my sister, Jungkook. You promised us that when you asked for our permission to marry her". He added.
"I treat you as my own brother, Kook. I knew you before my sister did. But I won't hesitate to cut all the strings connecting me and you if you hurt my sister". Jimin warned Jungkook.
"Don't worry, hyung. I won't do anything on your sister. She's the love of my life, and I cherish our family. I won't do anything stupid to ruin that". Jungkook said, assuring his wife's brother.
"Enjoy your stay there and have fun. I'll go now". With that, the two men bid goodbyes and ended the call.

Indigo linen shorts, white tank and white heeled boots. That is Maddison's outfit for the day. She paired it up with jewelries, tote bag, and sunglasses. She had a very short nap, but it made her relax a bit so it was fine.
Maddison wants to lessen the tension between her and Jungkook, she wants their interactions to be less awkward and uncomfortable. That's why she decided to let things go for a bit and just enjoy the rest of the stay here in Italy.
Well, if they both continue acting like this, they won't enjoy at all. It'll just be awkward for the both of them. And there's a high chance that they might fight again because of how the way they treat each other and act when one another is around.
On the other hand, Jungkook chose to wear ripped denim pants, plain white t-shirt and white sneakers. He also paired his outfit with a gold rolex wristwatch. He's looking like a hot college boyfriend.
"You look good". Maddison approached her husband and gave him a kiss. A kiss which he definitely did not refused.
"I always do". He replied while giving his wife a seductive wink.
The couple exited the house and went inside the car. Jungkook is planning to take his wife to different places in one day. First, he wants to take her to the Uffizi Gallery, an art museum filled with renaissance masterpiece. Enjoy a gondola ride through the canals of Venice. Admire the iconic 18th-century sculpted fountain, Trevi Fountain. And lastly, he wants the both of them to visit Milan's magnificent Cathedral of Santa Maria Nascente, Milan Duomo, at night.
