Temptation of Wife XXVIII: I Don't Kiss And Tell

Everyone in the building are all busy with their works. Jungkook have been doing meetings left and right. He just can't wait to go home and be with his family. Spend the rest of his time with them. Surprisingly, his annoying secretary didn't approach him inappropriately. Vera didn't even tried flirting with him today. Which is a good news to Jungkook himself. Maybe it's because of the works she needs to finish. Right now, they are in the board room. They will be discussing about their new project in 10 minutes.

"Vera, I forgot to bring this file, can you go get it for me?". Jungkook said.

"Of course, sir". She said.

"Thank you. It should be in my drawer. The black one. It's in the second drawer to the last". He said.

As soon as Maddison entered their home, she saw her two precious kids running their way towards her. Jimin was the one who picked them up from school. Jimin as an uncle is amazing. He sees Maddison's kids as if they're his own. Whenever he sees his nephew, Jihyun, he can't help but remember the very first time he met Maddison. He can't help but remember the first time he saw her magnificent eyes. He's a hundred percent sure that the 11 years old him was stunned by how beautiful Maddison is.

The older that they grow up, the more protective Jimin became with Maddison. Especially during their highschool years. Jimin was often seen fighting those pervert highschool students that would do something inappropriate or say something inappropriate to his sister. He is always ready to throw his fist on anyone that would disrespect his sister, even until now.

He was so angry when he found out that his friend, Jungkook, got his sister pregnant at a young age. Jimin was so annoyed and mad during that time. Especially when his mind reminds him that even though he is very protective with his sister, Jungkook still manage to slip through.

The kids aren't wearing their school uniforms anymore. Jimin must've changed them. Jimin loves and enjoy spoiling the two kids. He loves them so dearly. When Jimin first heard that his father is going to remarry, he was a bit sad about it. But he wasn't angry at all. The moment he found out that the woman his father is going to marry has a daughter, he was really happy and excited about it.

He doesn't have any sibling. All his life, he is used to entertaining himself with his toys and other hobbies. Even though his parents plays with him as much as they can, it's still different when you have a sister or a brother to play with. It brings you a lot more joy than usual.

They were a bit too old for toys when Jimin and Maddison met each other, but that doesn't mean they didn't had fun. Jimin thought her everything she doesn't know, and simply guided her the way since he was older. Maddison helped him speak proper English. The two are often found dancing together. Jimin has this passion for dancing ever since he was little. So when Maddison entered his life, she became his partner. For life.

"How's your day, pretty?". Jimin walk towards his sister, gave her a hug, and a kiss on her forehead.

"It was awesome, I enjoyed a lot. Mister Kim is such a friendly humble guy, he is fun to be with. During my time with him, it felt as if I knew all my life. I didn't even felt uncomfortable around him. It was like we're good friends". Maddison answered with a bright smile plastered on her face. It was really obvious that she had a lot of fun with Taehyung.

"He even gave me this", She showed Jimin the tiara Taehyung gave. And it really surprised him. Why would he gave such thing? That's too much for a person you just met.

"Wow, that tiara looks dazzling. I wonder why he gave out such thing? That costed a lot of money". Jimin said.

"I wonder the same thing too, Jimin. But he said I should think of it as his way of expressing his gratitude towards me". She replied.

The main door opened revealing her husband, Jeon Jungkook. The moment the two kids sensed their father's arrival, they quickly ran their way to meet him. Jungkook looks really tired and exhausted, but he still have a bright smile plastered on his face the moment he saw his kids running towards him. Jungkook carried both of his kids, as if his energy wasn't drained at all.

"How are you, darling?". Maddison walk towards her husband and gave him a peck on the lips.

"I'm doing great, beautiful. Just a bit tired and exhausted, but overall good". Jungkook answered. Jihyun held out both of his hands to his mother, signalling that he wants her to hold him, so Jungkook handed Maddison their son.

"Daddy?". Sunri called out.

Sunri encircled her arms around her father's neck and embraced him. "I'll give you a massage later before you sleep". She said. A daddy's girl indeed.

"Thank you sweetheart". Jungkook kissed his daughter's forehead.

The family of four made their way to where Jimin is. "Hyung, stay for dinner". Jungkook went to Jimin and gave him a hug.

"Alright". Jimin said.

"I'll prepare our meal for tonight". Maddison said.

But before going to the kitchen, she went to their room first to drop by her husband's bag. And to get his lunchbox too so she could clean it. She took the lunchbox out of Jungkook's bag, and was about to close it, but was stopped when she noticed something inside. A lipstick. A small piece of paper.

Maddison held the lipstick, it has two letters written on the front "VL". It doesn't look like it's a brand name at all. She opened it, revealing it's shade. "I don't use black lipstick. This is not mine. Why does Jungkook have a lipstick in his bag?". She spoke out loud.

Don't worry, I don't kiss and tell. The words written on the paper said.

"It couldn't be". She said, tears threatening to fall. The handwriting is unfamiliar to her. It doesn't look like her husband's handwriting either. It's from somebody else.

She wiped away the tears in her eyes, put the lipstick in her pocket, and went downstairs like nothing happened at all. Maddison doesn't want to jump into conclusion. She tried her best to not over think. She has to. It's for the best.

"I won't believe it unless I see it myself". She comforted herself and put a smile on her face. A fake and painful smile.
