Temptation of Wife LIX: Certainly Not Yours

Jimin is currently waiting for his biological mother inside a private room of Seoul's most-expensive restaurant. His mother, Shin Dari, called him an hour ago and asked if he would love to have a lunch with her. Although he's schedule is packed, he didn't hesitate to put everything on hold just to go eat lunch together with his mother.

The door soon opened, revealing his beloved mother dressed comfortably. Jimin stood up from his sit and greeted his mother with a kiss on the forehead and a long hug. After greeting one another, they both sat on the chair across each other.

"I ordered your favourites, Okasan". Jimin told his mother.

"Thank you, my sweet boy". Dari replied.

Jimin took out a medium size box out of the black bag he brought along with him. He place the box in-front of his mother and told his mother that it's for her. You see, every time Jimin meets his mother, he would always buy her something and give it to her as his gift.

All of the things he gives Dari is really expensive, but sometimes it's way too much. Jimin's mother couldn't really do anything but accept what he gifts her. Whenever his mother doesn't accept his over the top gifts, he would secretly put it into her bag, leaving his mother with no other option but to accept.

Their food arrived just on time and they started digging in. The reason why his mother asked him to come join her for lunch is because she mentioned something about telling him a secret she should've told him before.

"What is it you would like to tell me, Okasan?". Jimin spoke once they both finished eating the lunch.

Dari held both of her son's hand, "I'm sorry for not having enough courage to tell you this important information, my son". She said.

"The night when Maddison fell off Gwangandaegyo Bridge, I saw everything from the balcony I was in". Dari told his son.

"There was another woman involved. She didn't do anything to save Maddison from falling". Jimin immediately felt his body burning up from anger. He has a clue on who that another woman his mother mentioned.

"But I saw something I wished I could see clearly. There was a speed boat under the bridge. And to my observation, the person on the boat was a man dressed in all back clothing".

She expected herself to wake up in a dark room all chained up and blindfolded, but no, she found herself laying on a bed in a perfectly decorated room. She's free to roam around the room, she didn't even found any bruises on her body when she woke up. But when she remembered how she got here, it pisses her off knowing somebody had the audacity to drag and bring her to a place she doesn't know while unconsious instead of asking for her permission like a normal person.

Dia doesn't remember having any problems with anyone, nor did she fought with somebody physically. So why the hell is she here? Why would somebody bring her to an unknown place after putting her unconsious? What for?

The door suddenly opened, revealing a man probably the same age as her or one to two years older than her. She swore she never met this man before. Dia doesn't even know his name. He's unknown but oddly feels familiar, does that even make sense?

"How are you feeling?". He asked while putting down the glass of water he brought with him for her to drink.

"Who are you? What am I here for?". Dia questioned the man.

"You don't know me?". The male said. And it seems like he didn't expect her to ask him questions like that.

"I never met you before". She replied.

"I'm your husband. It's me, Jeon Jungkook". He said, he was hoping that she's just joking, but by judging her looks it's quite obvious that she's not playing around either.

"Listen, Jeon Jungkook, I am not anyone's wife and certainly not yours. You got it all wrong, we don't know each other". Dia told him.

"Please... just say you hate me instead, it's better than not being known". He place his hand on top of his and stared into her eyes with his teary ones.

"We have two children together. Jihyun and Sunri. They're the proof of the strong love we once had". Jungkook added.

"I'm not asking you to forgive, so please don't play with me like this. I know it's you. My heart will never be wrong when it comes to recognising its other half". At this point, Jungkook's tears are already flowing down his face. He could no longer control it.

"I don't know what you're talking about, please... I'm not the woman you think I am. I don't remember falling in love with you, nor do I remember marrying you and being a mother to your two children". She responded to his words.

"Sorry to break it to you but I need to. Your heart might recognise me, but my heart doesn't know you at all". Dia added.
