Kim Rue. A five years old boy, the twin brother of Kim Legacy. Nobody knew about the little boy's existence except for his parents, sister, and a few relatives. Taehyung and Dia has always been extra careful with Rue ever since he was born. The two obviously doesn't want to make any mistake that can cost their beloved son's precious life.
The boy has Pediatric cardiomyopathy, a rare heart condition.
In this form of cardiomyopathy, the muscular walls of the heart become stiff, impeding blood flow into the heart. Symptoms associated with restrictive cardiomyopathy in infants and children include shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, and poor appetite and weight gain, resulting in growth failure.
In general, about half of all people diagnosed with congestive heart failure will survive five years. About 30% will survive for 10 years. In patients who receive a heart transplant, about 21% of patients are alive 20 years later.
If you have cardiomyopathy, your heart can't efficiently pump blood to the rest of your body. As a result, you may experience fatigue, shortness of breath or heart palpitations. Cardiomyopathy gets worse over time. Treatment can slow the progression and improve your quality of life.

"I've seen Legacy on the television so many times. She always do red carpets with you. Why can't I do the same?". Rue asked, making Dia and Taehyung look at each other.
"Well, you see, this precious heart of yours needs extra care, my Rue. Mommy and I wants the best for your health. Daddy doesn't want you to fall sick because all mommy does is cry, and we all know well I don't like it when one of you shed tears". Taehyung explained perfectly.
"Besides, it's much more better to stay at home, Rue. It's for the better". Dia spoke and ruffle the boy's soft hair.
"I played cars because of you, Rue, am I not enough to keep you company when at home?". Taehyung's seven years old sister, Taehee, came downstairs with her nanny.
"Hey! I played dolls because of you. You even braid my hair and add ribbons to it". Rue defended himself.
"Well, you're invited to my teacup party, so dress up princess Rue". Taehee teased the younger boy.
"I'm a prince!". He said.
"Let's go, princess Rue". With that, Taehee run her way to their playroom while Rue followed her from behind.
But when Taehee forgot something or more like someone, she ran out of their playroom to go fetch the twin sister of Rue who's in the kitchen, probably eating pastries.
"You're invited, Legacy. Let's go, princess". Taehee dragged the younger girl with her.
"But the cookies!". Legacy spoke. Taehyung and Dia could only laugh at the three chaotic kids in their house.
