This was supposed to be a normal day just hanging out with my friends...instead, it turned into a confession from my two best friends. I haven't said anything to them yet. Currently, they are staring at me nervously. I love both Penny and Sam. So I have no idea what to say to them!

"Penny...Sam...I-I don't know what to say." I stammered not even looking at them. But I could feel their nervous stares at me. Sam was the first to speak up and say something after a few minutes of silence. "Hey (Y/N) it's okay...just take your time." I looked up at him and Penny. Sam had a shy smile and Penny looked like she was about to cry. Oh God please don't cry, Penny.

I hugged them both and said that I would need time. They both nod and walk home. I felt so bad...I didn't want to hurt either of them because I wanted to be with both of them. I have no idea if they want to be in that type of relationship though. What if they think I'm some sort of freak. I don't want them to think I'm a freak than to lose both of them.

Penny and Sam are so important to me.

After a couple of days, I called them both over and sat them down. I knew I needed to be honest. Even if it backfired in me. I can feel my heart pounding in my ears.

The two sat looking at me. They looked just as nervous as me.

"Okay...so I want to be with you both..."

"That's fine." They say in unison.

"It's okay if you don't- Wait you guys are okay with it."

Penny smiled "Yeah we are."

Sam nods in agreement "Penny and I actually talked about this topic before...since we didn't know how you felt about it. We kept quiet and just let you say your piece."

I smiled at them. We hugged and discussed how our new relationship would work. Since we were new to being a throuple.

We talked for hours about this just wanting to make everyone to feel comfortable. So we now go on dates together and cuddle together. At first, it was pretty awkward but as time went on we got comfortable with it.

"I want to be with Sam...I'm sorry...but he just. I don't know I've just none, Sam, for so long."

Sam smiled and hugged me. Penny smiled sadly. I didn't want to make her sad but...I just know I can't have them both. She stood from the couch patting her skirt down.

"I'm so happy for you two...I hope you both have a happy life together." She had a tear going down her face as she walked out. I looked back to Sam and we both smiled and kissed.

We were so happy and ended up getting married a year later. Penny declined the offer to come. I still missed her. She was my best friend.

Before I could get anything else out Penny tackled me and kissed me.

I smiled into the kiss. Sam congratulated us and gave us both a hug. He said he respected my decision. "Thank you, Sam."

Sam pat my back and I ended up setting him up with Maru. Then three years later Penny and I got married. Sam attended with Maru and their daughter.
