Sky Princess to Grounder Queen (Clexa)

Chapter 1

Clarke's pov but in 3rd person

Introduction

My name is Clarke Griffin, I'm 15 years old and I live on the ark station in space. My mother is the best doctor on the ark and my father is the head engineer. We all live in space because of all the radiation on Earth caused by the bombs during the nuclear apocalypse, its not survivable. There is a reason why I'm telling you this though and that is because my dad found a flaw in the oxygen system and we're eventually going to run out of oxygen. Now me and my dad wanted to tell all the people on the ark about the issue however the chancellor didn't agree with that idea and so he decided to lock us up in the sky box. My dad should have been floated because that's how everyone over the age of 18 is punished for any crime no matter what it was but because my dad is such an important man they locked him up instead. They didn't care about me though so on my 18 birthday I was getting floated. 

Present time 

Abby - Clarke?

Clarke - Mom. What are you doing here?

Abby - I'm going to get you out of here honey, you're going to the ground.

Clarke - What do you mean I'm going to the ground? I won't survive!

Abby - It's your only choice sweetheart. The council have decided they are going to float you early so on your 16th birthday and that's in 3 days. This is your only choice at survival. 

Clarke - Wait what!

Abby - I know it's a lot to take in sweetie but you have to go now.

Clarke - Okay but how. 

Abby - Don't worry about that for now, just follow me. 

They walked through the ark to where the pods were located being careful and avoiding crowded corridors on the way. 

Abby - Raven, open up. 

Raven - One second.

She opens the door and Abby and Clarke walk in.

Abby - is it ready?

Raven - Yeah. Just give me like two minutes to check everything over. 

Raven goes back over to the pod and Clarke turns to her mother. 

Clarke - Okay, what is going on? I'm so confused. 

Abby - I told you what's going on. You're going to the ground. 

Raven - It's ready! Okay princess let me show you how to get down without dying upon re-entry.

Clarke - Okay, I guess. 

Raven shows Clarke what to do and now she's all ready to go. Abby walks over and gives her a few bags of rations and clothes. 

 Abby - Okay honey. It's time to go. 

Clarke - I don't wanna go. Where's dad?

Abby - Honey you know where you're dad is and you need to go otherwise you're gonna get floated. 

Clarke - But they will lock you up if they found out you helped me.

Abby - Well it's a good job they aren't gonna find out. Come on honey you need to go. 

Clarke - Okay bye mom I love you and tell dad I love him. Bye Raven and thank you for helping. 

Abby - Bye honey I love you too and don't worry I will tell your father. 

Raven - Bye princess and no problem. Good luck. 

Clarke couldn't hold back her tears now, she was going to earth not knowing if she was going to survive and she was going to be all alone. She might never see her mother and father again or Raven and even though she just met her she feels like they have a good connection. 

Once everything was set up she got into her pod and set off for earth. She was definitely scared to say the least, she didn't know what was waiting for her when she got there. 

Okay what did Raven say to do again? Hit 1, 2 then 3. Yeah okay. 

Holy shit I made it. I'm on the fucking ground!!
