Sky Princess to Grounder Queen (Clexa)

Chapter 6

AN: all the trig is going to be in italics from now on apart from the basic words and phrases because i want most of the dialogue to be in trig and even though i have a bit of knowledge when it comes to the language it will be easier to just write in English that way everyone can understand.

One week later

Clarke's pov

Clarke's trikru initiation. 

The past week has been one of the best weeks of my life. I have gotten way better in training, my hunting skills have become unmatched and my trigedasleng has improved massively I only speak gonasleng when I really don't know what a word is and even then whoever I am speaking to will help me. I get along with everyone in Trikru and they all respect me which is surprising. Me and Nyko have formed a really special bond as he has been teaching me the grounds healing ways and it has been amazing. My knowledge of medicine used in the sky has also helped a great deal, last week a boy was attacked by the Grodd (pauna). and he was basically dead. Nyko couldn't do anything but I managed to heal him using the skaikru methods. That's what we are calling my old people. Me and Lexa have also gotten a lot closer and everyone can see it which is a bit of a bad thing because of the whole love is weakness thing but they don't say anything because then that would be questioning Heda's decisions and no one wants to do that. Tonight is my initiation ceremony and I cannot wait even though I am treated as a member of Trikru It won't be real until tonight. Anya has told me she is proud of how far I have come which is a really big honour and Indra has warmed up to me. She is nowhere near as hostile as she was in the beginning. At the celebration after the initiation Anya has told me she is going to announce that I will become her second as I am one of the most promising warriors and healers which is an incredible honour. 

It is nearly night fall so I will be getting ready for the ceremony soon. Anya told me that we will be meeting with Lexa before I get ready and I am looking forward to that too so we make our way to her tent and when I enter my breathe gets caught in my throat. She isn't ready for the ceremony yet so she's just in casual clothes without any war paint on and oh my god she looks like a goddess. I heard someone clear their throat and I was snapped out of my trance, when I looked up Anya had a smirk on her face and it looked like Lexa was blushing a bit. 

Anya - branwodas 

Me and Lexa just looked at her really confused. 

Lexa - So Klark your initiation ceremony will begin soon and I wanted to know if you have any questions or concerns that I can clear up. 

Clarke - No everything is clear and I know which weapon I will be choosing as well as which duty Anya already explained everything I have to do to me last week so we are all good. 

Lexa - Well that is good to hear. I am looking forward to you officially becoming one of us even though everyone in Trikru and I already consider you one of our own. I know you haven't been down long but you have adjusted exceptionally well. 

Clarke - Mochof Heda 

Anya - Right well this has been nice but I now have to get this princess ready for the ceremony. 

Lexa - Of course. I shall see you both shortly. 

Anya and I then left Lexa's tent and made our way to mine. Artigas was following us of course. 

Anya - Your armour should be on your table I will wait out her while you get dressed call me in when you're done so i can do your hair. 

Clarke - Okay.

I quickly changed into my armour and then called Anya in. I really liked this armour because it had blue accents in it to match my eyes. 

Anya - Wow Klark you look great. Come sit let me do your hair and you can do your war paint. 

We completed the activities in silence which i was thankful for because it gave me a chance to try and calm my nerves. I know I am pretty much fluent in trigedasleng now but there is this bit of worry in the back of my mind that I am going to mess up and say the wrong thing. 

Anya - Stop worrying Klark you are going to be fine. Our people love you and you are already one of us anyway so there is no need to stress okay. 

Clarke - Okay I'm sorry you are right i will be fine.

Anya - That's the spirit now go and have a look at yourself and then meet me outside because we will be beginning soon. 

When I looked at myself I didn't recognise myself for a minute I looked so different from when I first came down and I love that because I am no longer the little scared girl who fell from the sky anymore I am now a trikru warrior and healer. I walk out of my tent and meet with Anya and we walk to the platform where the initiation will take place. As we are walking past everyone is cheering for me and it makes me so happy even though my face is as stoic as ever it feels good to know these guys who have become my family actually want me to be apart of the clan. Lexa was already stood on the platform and so I had go and stand next to her. 

Lexa - Kru kom Tondisi. We are here today to witness someone joining our clan. Klark kom skaikru will become Klark kom Trikru. 

Everyone started cheering. 

Lexa - First things first Klark must choose her weapons of choice. 

I already knew which ones I was going to go for. A sword as well as a bow and arrow and a few small daggers. 

Lexa - Nice choices. Now which profession would you like to take on? 

Clarke - I would like to be a healer. 

Lexa - Very well. Klark has chosen to become a healer as well as the exceptional warrior she is now Klark kom Trikru will be born. 

I bow down in front of Lexa and I know its time for me to pledge my allegiance. 

Klark - Ai badan yu op en nou moun.  ai laik your subject en a subject gon oso kongeda.

Lexa - You have heard it here Tondisi. Klark has pledge her allegiance to me and our coalition. Now it is time to celebrate. 

Cheers break out and everyone is saying my name and I can't stop myself from smiling I haven't felt this welcome ever in my life not even on the ark. I go to walk of the platform but Anya stops me I guess she is going to announce it now. 

Anya - I would just like you inform you all that Klark is now my second as she is a great warrior and healer and I am happy that she decided to become on of us. 

The cheers break out even louder this time it's crazy how happy people are right now I love it. 

The celebration lasted until the early hours of the next morning and of course I had to stay as it was a celebration in my honour. It was on of the best things I have experienced as Anya, Artigas, Lincoln, Lexa, Nyko and I spent most of the night chatting and drinking. It was good fun too be able to let loose and laugh with the people I care most about. I retired to my tent when I could no longer keep my eyes open and it was one of the best sleeps of my life.
