Chapter 7

Klark's pov

I woke up the next morning on my own accord which was confusing as I was sure Anya would have woken my up at dawn in some cruel way but she did not, which I am really happy about. I quickly got dressed and rushed out of my tent to go and find her. Once I see her I walk up to her noticing that she was talking to Lexa. 

Klark - Morning. I am shocked you did not wake me Anya, especially now that I am your seken.

Anya - I was going to throw a bucket of water on you but Heda stopped me and told me to let you rest after last night. 

Klarke - Mochof heda. Wait Anya you actually listened?

Lexa - Pro and yes she did Klark I was surprised myself.

Anya - You know I'm stood right here. Correct? Klark do you want extra training?

Klark - It's okay nothing I can't handle.

Anya - Come on tough stuff lets go, we are going hunting today seen as you have some of the best hunting skills in the clan although I'm not sure how that happened. 

Klark - What can I say I am just that awesome. 

Lexa - Klark. Come to my tent when you get back I would like to talk about something. 

Klark - Okay Heda. 

Me and Anya then walk of towards the woods with another guard and of course Artigas as he is still my personal guard even though I have insisted I don't need one Lexa says other wise though and what Lexa says goes. 

Anya - When are you going to woman up and tell heda about your feelings for her?

I was completely shocked I thought I was way more discreet. 

Klark - What do you mean? I don't have feelings for Heda.

I tried to sound convincing but it didn't work 

Anya - If you say so Klark, it's a good job she's just as oblivious. You know love isn't weakness right, it can be a strength.

Klark - Yes I know although it feels like that sometimes. 

Anya - Just tell her soon okay you might be surprised with the outcome. 

Klark - Okay Anya can we hunt now beja. 

Anya - sha we can that is what we came here for after all.

After around five minutes of waiting I heard something moving around in the bushes so I launched an arrow towards it and heard a yelp. I look over to Anya confused and she puts a finger on her lips signalling me to be quiet while we get down and move towards the sound. When we get to the source rage fuels both of us. 

Anya & Klark - Maun men

Anya has told me about the maun men. They take our people and they are never to be seen again or they are turned into reapers. I am so angry right now I really want to kill him. He is in what seems to be a hazmat suit and he's trying to patch it up from where the arrow pierced it.

Anya - We need to get him back to the village so Heda can get information from him.  

Klark - let's go.

The guards carry him back to village and we follow quickly behind. When we get back everyone is shouting murder at him and it makes me smile because everyone really hates the mountain and we might finally et some answers regarding what they are doing to our people.
