Sky Princess to Grounder Queen (Clexa)

Chapter 10

Klark's pov

the past three days have been the worst and best days of my life. I haven't been able to train, hunt or even help Nyko but I have been able to spend some well needed quality time with my girlfriend. Nyko said I can finally start training again today and I could not be happier, Lexa wants me to have one more days rest but she knows I will go crazy if I do that. When I get to the training grounds Anya is already there and I am so excited. 

Anya - So the mighty Wanheda returns.

Klark - yes she does.

We train for around an hour before taking a small break.

Anya - Considering you haven't trained in two weeks you've still got it.

Klark - Mochof Anya. Shall we continue?

Anya - we shall. 

We get into our stances again and just as Anya is about to strike we hear loud shouts of confusion coming from our home and when we follow their gazes we see why. 

Klark - ughhhhhhhhh. Why did they have to come down everything has been great for six and a half months apart from the mountain shit. Why why now. I need Lexa.

Anya - Do not worry Klark. No harm will come to them unless they attack but they don't know we are here so it's fine. 

Klark - Do you really think I care about them even a little bit Ahn?

Anya shrugged her shoulders and I am honestly shocked. Are they all going to be like this? 

Klark - Seriously they wanted me dead and my own mother sent me down here to die. But I didn't die because of you guys. You are my real family so if you have even a little bit of doubt in me thinking I am going to go back to them useless fools think again because i am not.

Anya - I am sorry wanheda I did not mean to make it seem as though I do not trust you. Of course I trust you you are part of our family. Now let's go and find Lexa and see what's going to happen to them.

Klark - Okay but just a warning if someone else tries to doubt me and my loyalty to my family then I will not be as kind as I just was. Okay. 

Anya - Okay wanheda. 

We walk back to Lexa's tent in silence. I think Anya is angry at herself for acting the way she did but it was not the most unexpected reaction. Indra was already in there when we got there.

Klark - Lexa.

She looks up at me with a little smile on her face but when she sees my stoic face she goes stoic again.

Klark - I want to make one thing clear niron. I don't care what you do to them kill them, let them live, torture them, form an alliance I don't care. Okay, I will of course be there with you for every decision you make and as your most trusted advisor I will of course give you advice but like I said to Anya a minute ago. Those people are not my people my people are Trikru and the other clans not those who have come down from the sky. I do not associate myself with any of them  I made this clear when I told everyone I didn't want to be called skyprisa because it tied me to the sky and I hated that place so please. Are you going to question my loyalty to you like others are right now?

She just looks at me and gives me the biggest smile I have ever seen.

Lexa - Niron I know everyone has seen the big ship fall from the sky and they will want to question you but as you know. You are the only person I will never question and you are the only person that can question me so to answer your question no I am not questioning your loyalty to me and I have no doubt that you want nothing to do with skaikru and that is absolutely fine although I do feel it is in our best interest to maybe form an alliance with them as they may give us an advantage when trying to beat the maun men because of their tek.

Klark - ugh okay I kinda hoped you were going to kill them all but I guess that can work too. What do you need me to do?

Lexa - Do you know if it was all of them or just some.

Klark - It was all of them. . 

Lexa - Okay for the next few days we are going to watch them to see how they try and sort themselves out and then I want you and Anya to go and arrange a meeting.

Klark - Lexaaaa why me?

Lexa - Because they might remember you. Well your mother definitely will, you might get the chance to reconnect.

Klark - I don't want to reconnect. Do you not remember five minutes ago when I said that I was hoping you would kill them all?

Lexa - Fine you don't have to reconnect but If you go then they may be less hostile because they might remember you okay hodnes.

Klark - Okay niron. But I am not happy about this. 

Lexa - I know niron but this is better than murdering an entire clan. 

Klark - is it though?

Lexa - Yes Klark. Yes it is.

Lexa - Anya. Indra. You will lead a scouting group each and me and Klark will lead one together.

I actually forgot they were here until I looked at them and saw the amused looks on their faces, I burst out laughing. It's not like they haven't seen us do this before.

Klark - Sorry it's just the look of amusement on your faces really got me.

Anya & Indra - Don't worry Klark it's all good.

Klark - Oh I know it is.

Lexa - Right so we will leave at dawn and scout for three days each time leaving at dawn and then the fourth day Anya and Klark will go and propose the meeting with several guards of course.

Anya & Indra - Sha heda. 

Klarke - Ugh yes of course Lexa
