" 𝓣his is absolutely where you had to do a locator spell? " Kol questioned as the four of them entered into the old bell tower in which Freya had led them to. Evelyn closes on Freya's tail with her bag slung over shoulder, beginning to take out when they'd need to help with the spell. " Well, when I first moved to New Orleans I primed this space. " Freya spoke, taking the map from Evelyn and beginning to lay it out on the table. " I marked it with my magic, made it mine. " She concluded, stepping back to look at the map for a moment.

Kol began to pace around the table, taking in the dingy, rundown tower. " Oh, this dusty bell tower may be your own but this is Marcel's city and we're nothing but targets. " He spoke, leaning onto the table and holding a concerned gaze to his eldest sister. " All the more reason to let her get to work. " Hayley spoke through gritted teeth. The longer Evelyn saw Hayley around Kol the more she was convinced that they didn't get on at all. " The sooner we find Klaus the sooner we get out of here. " Hayley spoke, her eyes moving to fall on Evelyn who stood beside Freya. Seemingly the wolf was deep in thought about the Witch joining them on this dangerous task.

Freya had taken out the knife and moved to cut open her finger. Groaning slightly from the slicing of her skin. " It won't take long. " She spoke, allowing the blood to fall down onto the map. " And what about her- " Kol gestured towards Evelyn, her gaze looking up from the map to the vampire at his words. " -how do we know she isn't working for Marcel. That she won't go darting off to him the second she's out of our sight. "

" Then don't let me out of your sight if you're that paranoid. " Evelyn quipped back, averting her gaze; already feeling the daggers being thrown at her by the Original vampire. " Fine, then I won't " He snarled back, moving to stand near one of the windows. Waiting for Freya to get a location on Klaus. It was a painful minute of silence between the four of them. Freya's attention glued onto the map, Hayley glancing between Freya and Evelyn, Evelyn avoiding the glaring from Kol and trying to give a sympathetic smile to Hayley. But just when things felt agonisingly awkward Freya stood up straight. " Where? " Hayley questioned, stepping forward and then down to the map. Both Evelyn and Kol followed suit and looked down to the map.

" There... of course he's there " Evelyn muttered, looking at the others who all seemed to be thinking the exact same thing. " We need to move. " Freya spoke, taking out her phone to text Elijah as she started making her way out of the belltower. The other three close on her tail. Making their way out onto the street the roar of New Orleans came into play. The music, the laughter, the bustling tourists. The four walked quickly, heading further into the French quarter. Evelyn walked beside Hayley, her hood from her jacket pulled up over her head. Last thing she needed right now was a coven member to spot her and realise the last five years had been a complete lie. Why was she doing this? Why was she risking everything to help Hayley and Hope?

" Elijah texted. He said to meet them at Rousseau's. " Freya spoke, putting her phone back into her back pocket and turning to look at the three walking behind her. " We'll meet them at the back entrance. "

" Great, because no one will recognise us at Rousseau's " Kol muttered from behind Evelyn, she turned her head ever so slightly at his words then looked forward once again. Something the Original picked up on. " What's a garden coven witch got to gain from helping us? "

" knowing that I've reunited hope with those she loves? That's a lot to gain.- " She spoke back, matching his tone. Keeping her head forward. " -Not everyone has exterior motives. Some of us just stick to our morals. " She adjusted the bag on her shoulder as they turned a corner. Kol scoffed " and helping vampires, turning against your own people aligns with your morals? " Evelyn didn't even let the air settle before she spoke once more " strange isn't it? But you're right on the money there. We all do unthinkable things in order to do the right thing. " She stopped walking for a moment as some tourists cut between the group. Yet Kol didn't seem to continue the conversation, and didn't bother to ask anymore questions. Seemingly stumped by the words the young witch spoke.
