" Evelyn get up! " The shrill scream from Rebekah came from the otherside of the hotel room door, this earned a small grumble from the witch who stirred in her bed. The banging on the door continued, clearly she was waiting for the witch to confirm she's awake. Evelyn sat herself up, raising her hands to wipe the sleep from her face. " I'm awake! " She called back, a sleepy slur to her words which she followed with a clearing of her throat. The banging on the door stopped and an almost inaudible scoff followed as the clicking of heels moving away from the door signaled that Rebekah was satisfied that the witch was awake. Evelyn pushed herself up and out of bed, stretching her arms until she felt a satisfying click. She brought her hands into her lap and began to massage the joints in her hands to try and reduce any tension from the trembling hands whilst allowing her eyes to gaze over to the light that was teasing its way through the curtains. Finally pushing herself up and out of bed Evelyn made her way back into the bathroom to retrieve her clothes from the night prior and slip back into them, multitasking and brushing her teeth at the same time. Eventually the Witch was dressed once more and quickly brushed through her hair and neatly tied it back in a half up style.
Once she was sorted the LaRue made her way out of her room, roomcard in hand and heading into the shared space. What she saw was somewhat surprising to her, there were at least four strangers within the room. One was cooking, another had its wrist over a glass with Kol standing beside her and the other two were showing Rebekah different jackets within the living room. She made her way further into the room and headed over to the kitchen to see what the clearly compelled staff were cooking.
" Well good morning little witch. '' Kol spoke, picking up his glass of blood and giving a rather smug smile. Evelyn nodded to him, catching a yawn and covering it with her hand. " Morning. " She managed to say through her yawn, making her way to rest her elbows on the kitchen island. The compelled chef placed a plate down in front of her and slid an omelet from the pan onto the plate. Evelyn looked for a moment before taking a knife and fork from the center of the table and beginning to pick through the omelet. " What are you doing? " The Original asked, sipping from his glass and watching the peculiar actions of the Witch. " I'm looking for any meat, I'm vegetarian. '' Evelyn spoke, still focused on looking through the omelet till she was satisfied it was a plain cheese omelet. Kol snorted, trying not to laugh too hard which caused Evelyn to look up at him with a confused expression. " What? What's funny about being vegetarian? " She asked, popping a piece of omelet into her mouth. " It's not your diet choices that are amusing, it's your choice in murderous blood drinking companions alongside your vegetarian way that is funny. '' Kol spoke, clearly in better spirits after a good night's rest away from New Orleans. " Brother do leave the girl alone. " Rebekah spoke from across the room, looking at herself in a mirror with a floor length jacket on in which she was quickly dismissing and gesturing for the next jacket to be handed over to her. Evelyn looked between the two originals before focusing back on her breakfast that she was quickly making her way through.
" So, what's the plan for today? " Evelyn eventually questioned, curious to know how long they were planning on staying in Paris before heading to St Tropez. Kol glanced over to his sister who was busy and then looked back at the witch. " I am going to sort out plane tickets, transportation and accomodation for when we get to St Tropez and you have the ' delight ' of accompanying my sister shopping. " His sarcasm laced Evelyn's task which told the Witch she was in for an interesting day. " sounds good. " Evelyn spoke, making sure she seemed genuine in her response. If she was to spend the day with Rebekah she best make sure to start off on a good foot.
Evelyn finished off her breakfast and stepped back from the table, glancing around in search of a coffee machine of sorts. She felt eyes on her but didn't pay attention to who it was. She was going to need her energy if she was to be Rebekah's personal assistant for the day, better than her blood bag. " Sweetheart, go ask Evelyn what she'd like and then grab it from the cafe across the street. " Kol spoke to the woman beside him who had just finished bandaging her wrist as instructed. Evelyn looked back to the woman who was now walking towards her and then to the smug Original nearby who was just finishing off his drink. He was too observant, or maybe she was easy to read. She knew there was no point arguing with him, even in the short time she's known the Original. " Can I get a vanilla latte please? " Evelyn asked, the compelled woman nodded and walked out of the hotel room door. Evelyn raised a brow to Kol who flashed her a forced big smile, knowing his actions had somewhat annoyed her.
