David and Kathryn were standing outside of their house, there was a little sign that read The Nolans on the lawn.
David looked at the sign, "You know, you had the same look on your face before we bought it, too. You couldn't see past the ugly windmill on the lawn and said you'd never buy an old lady house. Do you remember what made you change your mind?" Kathryn asked.
"Well, I see the windmill's gone," David said.
"Come on. Everyone's waiting," Kathryn said.
"Who's everyone?" David asked as they walked up the walkway and entered the house.
Most of the people of Storybrooke were at Nolan's house, for David's coming home party and Kathryn began to introduce him to various people, "This is Gene," Kathryn said.
"Good to see you, Dave," Gene said.
"How you doing?" David asked as they shook hands.
"And this is Ellen, his wife," Kathryn said.
"Ellen, Hi," David said.
"Good to see you, too," Ellen said.
"And Frank," Kathryn said.
"Hey," David said.
Dr Whale walked up to them, "Hey," He said and they looked at him.
"Dr Whale," Kathryn said.
"Hi, David. Look, I know this is a lot, but it's good for you. The smallest thing can trigger your memories. Just try and have fun," Dr Whale said.
"Thank you, Dr Whale. I'll try my best," David said.
Over by the stairs, Elaine, Emma, Katy, Julia and Henry were talking, "You know why he doesn't remember? The curse isn't working on him yet," Henry said.
"Henry, David has amnesia," Elaine said.
"Well, it's preventing the curse from replacing his fairy tale story with fake memories," Julia said.
"Right. Because everyone here has fake stories that prevent them from remembering who they really are," Elaine said.

"Right. And now's our chance to help him. We just have to get him to remember that he's-," Henry said.
"He's Prince Charming," Emma said and Katy sipped her drink.
"We just have to job his memory by getting him and Miss Blanchard together," Julia said.
"Didn't we just do that?" Katy asked.
"And it woke him up," Henry said.
David walked over to them, "Hey," They looked at him, "You're the ones who saved me, right?" David said.
"Oh, yeah. I guess," Emma said.
"And, uh, you're also the only ones I know here," David said.
