"So this is your so called home" Esther complained and looked around in the apartment in disgust.
"Why did you even leave home? our own mansion is much better than this" Ben mumbled and sat down in the couch.
Ellie coughed violently and pulled the blanket closer.
Jamie sighed and sat down,stroking his sister's arm lovingly.
"So you and Grace work as barmaids? useless work" Ben stated and Ellie shook her head and coughed even more.
"We should take you back home,this could be tuberculosis" Esther demanded and Jamie shook his head.
"No this is something else" Jamie said and stroke Ellie's forehead with a cold towel.
"Your a doctor Jamie,you should be able to give her a diagnosis" Ben told his son and Jamie shook his head.
"i need to do a examination but i don't have the right equipment" Jamie told his parents and hugged his sister.
"I am fine" Ellie said silently and coughed.
"No your not,you need a doctor right away" Ben said to his daughter.
"That's it! i am sending a letter to Nick,and he can bring his sister here,she is also a doctor and she has the right things to examine her" Esther said and walked off to write a letter to Nick.
"Wait..." Ellie croaked.
"That is the only way dear" Jamie told his sister and stroke her hair.
Ellie hadn't seen Nick for years.
"Me,you mother and your brother is going to go meet up with Grace,you stay here"
When everyone had walked out Ellie sighed and started to whisper the lyrics of a song for herself.

Ellie inhaled a mouth full of air and gasped in fear when she heard clapping.
"That was impressive,who was the song for?" John asked and walked over to Ellie,sitting down in the couch with her.
"My ex" Ellie mumbled and looked down.
"Hey i just want to apologize for my brother yesterday,he had a bad day,his friend freddie passed away" John told Ellie and looked at the coffee table.
There laid a book and a tea cup was beside it.
John furrowed his eyebrows when he saw a pair of glasses,made for a female.
"Are these yours?" John asked and looked back at Ellie.
"No,they're my mother's" Ellie explained and John nodded.
"your mother is here?" John asked and Ellie nodded.
"She's with Grace and Dad and Jamie at the Garrison" Ellie said and leaned her head on John's shoulder.
"It's annoying to be with my family,well Jamie is kind but mother and father are rather horrible" Ellie said and John nodded.
"I understand" John replied
"I don't think you do"
