Yes this is another villain Deku story, I'm genuinely obsessed with that AU so yeah :)
Either way, in this story Deku does have a quirk, it's just that it's more of a mutation that formed at birth, so most people don't even see it, either that or they think it's just rippling in the lighting or something. There will he a better explanation later in the story.
At age 13 Deku was found by AFO and trained by him. Deku was always scared of his own quirk when he was a child but AFO helped except it.
The first part should come soon but I'm watching anime so maybe not lol.
