{TW: Implied abuse}

{Kacchan's POV}

We get to my house and Deku puts on his hood, following me into the garden.
"You should leave now, my mom will recognize you." I mutter, Deku just shrugs and stops walking. All he does is watch me enter my house.

"Katsuki Bakugou where the hell have you been?!" I flinch at the sudden loudness filling the room. "I was out with a friend." I whisper it so quietly my mom doesn't even hear it I think.
"It's fucking ten PM. You know you shouldn't be out this late with that killer in the neighborhood." I nod, turning my head away from the hag. "Sorry mom." I mutter, a bit louder then before. Ever since Deku disappeared she'd been acting like this, more yelling, more controlling. There's a knock on the door and when I turn around I can see Deku just through the window. My dad opens the door and hesitates upon seeing my friend.

"I'm so sorry for the sudden intrusion mr. Bakugou, I just wanted to apologize, I should've watched the time better." Why is he taking the blame? I thought he'd already walked away. I turn back to my mom, who is looking at Deku with a white face. She recognizes him doesn't she?
"N-no worries my boy." My dad tells him, already trying to close the door when my mom stops him. "What's your name kid?" Deku hesitates for a second, glancing at me for a second. As if I can help him out of this.
"Most people call me Izu." He mutters, looking away. "Well Izu, Would you like to stay over for the night? It's dangerous outside at this hour." My mom offers, smiling at me cruelly. I shake my head. Deku does the same.
"I'm very sorry but I can't do that. I need to catch up on some homework at school." He explains, also managing a smile. Did I keep him from that or is he lying about it?
"I see. well then, run along. I need to have another word with my son." I feel the blood drain from my face, the way she said it gave me the chills.

Mom had never hit me before. But I guess new things can always happen. By the time she was done and I ran to my room bruises were already forming on my arms legs and chest.
My dad had done his best to calm mom down, he failed miserably.
When I finally reached my room I got out my phone and facetimed Deku. I tried wiping away the tears stinging my eyes the best I could, but I guess it was still quite obvious, seeing the moment he picked up he gasped and asked what happened.
"My mom was angry.. As you already saw." He nods slowly, he seemed angry as well, but not at me. "How bad is it?" I shrug painfully. "J-just a few bruises don't worry. I'll be fine." With that we say goodnight to each other and I hang up.

The next day at school I try my best to hide the bruises on my face and arms but have to give up when we have to change for training. I wait as long as possible, hoping most people are already done and leaving the room.
"Kacchan? You coming?" Deku glances at the corner of my mouth, the only visible bruise. "I'll be right there." The response doesn't seem enough for him as he waits next to me until I eventually get up, grab my bag and start making my way to the lockerrooms. He follows, grabbing my hand gently. We're now the only ones in the men's lockerroom, everyone else probably already making their way to the training grounds.
"Are you sure you're alright Kacchan? You seem more quiet then usual, didn't even take the opportunity to yell at Iida." I shrug, I had my back turned to him, hoping he wouldn't see the majority of the bruises mom left.
"I'll be fine." I whisper distantly, there's some shuffling behind me and I feel a hand on my now bare shoulder. The cold hand sends shivers down my spine.
"Are you sure? If you want to I can try convincing my boss to let you stay over at my place for the night.." I shake my head frantically. I think it'll just anger her more if I stay away from home. "That's fine." I mutter. Now feeling the same cold hand rund down my arms, lifting it up slightly to inspect one of the bruises.
"Can you let go?" I ask, turning my head the other way, immediately he lets go and goes back to the other side of the room. I put on the training uniform and leave.

Training went swiftly and luckily nobody asked about the bruises. Deku kept glancing at me looking concerned, but didn't do or say anything.
After school Deku stays behind, waiting for me to get up.
"hey Kacchan?" I turn my head to him. "If anything happens just call me. 'Kay?" Hesitantly I nod. What does he mean by 'if anything happens'? My mom maybe? I just nod and finally start collecting my things.

Once I'm outside I say bye to Deku and start making my way home, no detours or anything, just straight home.

{Deku's POV}

After last night's call from Kacchan I hadn't gone to his house to watch him, seeing he'd probably be awake for another while and might've noticed it if I went to sit on his balcony.
After school I called Kurogiri to warp me home, keeping a close eye on him as Kacchan rounds the corner.
"Ehm.. Y'know what, just wait a few hours, just remembered I forgot something at school." I mutter, going into an alley and taking off my uniform jacket and blouse, changing into my villain cloths.
"yeah, I'll get home myself, sorry for bothering." Giran probably isn't gonna be happy about the fact I'm missing training again.

When I'm done I give my uniform to Shadow, who had been guarding the entrance to the alley. When I'm almost at Kacchan's place I put on my mask.
I open my phone and text Kacchan.

{Kacchan<3}

{Deku}: "Hey Kacchan, I think you forgot something in the lockerrooms at school, maybe you should go check it out." (Read 3.30 PM)

{Kacchan<3}: "Oh, thanks I'll go check immediately." (Read 3.34)

I quickly hide behind a tree as I see Kacchan jump out his bedroom window, putting on a hood and running off. Sneaky asshole.
When he rounds the corner I crack a smile and start making my way to the house, into the garden and through Kacchan's bedroom window, which was still open. When I enter the room my boots make loud thuds on the wood, but they're dampened by the carpet surrounding Kacchan's bed. There's some shuffling from downstairs and I hear the lock on Kacchan's door unlock. I sit down on the bed and wait for the door to open, when this doesn't happen I let myself slide back off the bed and make my way to the door myself. When I open it there's no one there.
"Honey you can't lock him in there the whole time! He's finally becoming more social again just let him be a teen for once.." I hear when I make my way down the stairs. His dad was probably the one opening the bedroom lock, and defending him now.
"He's a little brat. He hasn't changed one bit Masaru, he needs to learn some discipline." the talking stops when I knock on the kitchen door, Masaru opens it hesitantly, and takes a step back when he sees me.
"What does that brat want no-" Mitsuki stops mid-sentence upon seeing me, the blood draining from her face. Masaru walks back to his wife slowly, taking her hand.
"Shadow, take care of the wife, I need to have a word with mr. Bakugou." I state, and as I said, was done. Shadow immediately makes his way to Mitsuki, gabbing her throat and covering her mouth with her other hand. He drags her out of the room easily.
"Thank you." I turn back to Masaru with a small frown. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with him, if both parents die it'll make Kacchan's life more miserable, if only his abuser dies it'll just make it better, won't it?
"If I were you.. I'd go outside, go to the store or something and get your son something nice." I state loosely, it would make sense that only the person in the house dies, which is the main reason I send Kacchan back to UA in the first place.
"Go." I order, a bit more harsh then the other statement. Masaru just nods, still pale, and leaves the house, even if he called heroes, Mitsuki would be dead before they get here.
