Y/N POV

After dropping everyone off, I headed home. I pulled into the driveway and saw my car sitting there. It was fixed.
"Wow. That didn't take long." I mumbled to myself.
I got out of my dads car and headed inside.
"Hey dad." I said, seeing him sitting in the living.
  "Hey Y/N." He said.
I walked over and handed him the keys.
"Your car has been returned, and in one piece. Not a single scratch." I said.
"Good. Hopefully you didn't go racing it with your friends." He said, jokingly.
I froze, laughing nervously.
"Nope. Never." I said, walking towards my room.
"I'm joking with ya, kid." He said, chuckling.
"Oh ok. But I'll talk to ya later." I said.
I walked into my room and closed the door.
"I have never felt so guilty in my life." I whispered.
I mean he'll never know if I did or didn't. I sighed and walked over to my bed, sitting down. I pulled out my phone and pulled up some of my music, letting it play. I grabbed a sketch book and started to draw out of boredom. As I drew random pictures, I remembered that homecoming was in 2 days.
"I wonder if dad would let me borrow his car for that?" I muttered.
But that's when I remember he was leaving for a business trip. He would probably put his car in the garage and leave it there till he got back. I was brought out of my thoughts when my phone rang. It was Peter. I answered.
  "Hello?" I said.
  "Hey." He said.
"What's up?" I asked, setting my drawing stuff on my night stand.
"Just wanted to say thanks for helping with the project." He mumbled.
"What do you mean? You did quite a bit to, mister." I said, smirking.
"I know, but I saw you went ahead quite a bit and did extra. You know you didn't have to." He said.
"It's fine. I like going ahead." I said.
"Ok. And also, are you gonna stay at my place for homecoming?" He asked.
That's when I remembered that my sister was throwing a party and I had told her I'd leave.
"Only if you want me too." I said.
"Of course. You're basically being kicked out of your own house." He said.
  "Yeah." I muttered.
"But I'll let you go. Goodnight Y/N." He said.
  "Night Peter." I said.
He then hung up. I decided to pack a small bag of clothing and stuff for Friday night. After that I laid down and fell asleep.

// Time Skip //

The next day I woke up and headed to school. School went by fast. I had work after school too. I sat in science class, boredly. Peter was quiet today. He didn't talk a lot. But then again, that's normal for him. The teacher walked over to us and handed us a sheet of paper. They then walked back up to class. I slid the paper over to Peter, who gave me a confused look.
"You get to do the honor of seeing what our grade was." I said.
"Mk." He muttered, grabbing the paper.
He looked at it, a smirk spreading across his face. He turned it so I could see. There in the top corner was an 'A+' marked.
  "Nice." I said, smiling.
The school bell rang and we walked out of class.
"I gotta go to work tonight, otherwise I'd ask you to come over." I said.
"It's fine. But don't you only work for an hour tonight? I could wait for you." Peter said.
"True. Only if you wanna." I said.
"Mk. I'll meet you at the coffee shop in a bit." Peter said.
"Ok. Cya." I said, heading towards to the school exit.
He waved and I waved back. I then headed to work.

(So I started a new story called, Peter/YB X Female Readers //Partners In Crime// if you'd like to check it out. Also I know this chapter is kinda short, but... I'm getting surgery soon on my wrist and IDK when I'll be able to write again. So I'm trying to get something out. I think I should be able to write still, just not as fast and probably not right away after)
