Y/N POV

After my shower, I did some homework out of pure boredom. I then laid on the bed, staring at the ceiling. That was before my phone went off and scared the living shit out of me. I picked it up and saw it was TK. I answered.
  "What's up?" I asked.
"Now much. Just wanted to check in on you. Are you feeling Ok? Last night you were really panicked about the incident." TK said.
"Oh yeah. I'm doing much better. I honestly forgot about poor Adrian." I said, an image of Adrian's corpse flashed through my mind.
I shuddered a little.
"Where did you go last night? Did you stay with Peter?" TK asked, sounding concerned.
"Yes. I did stay with him." I said.
"You know you could have stayed with me or Opal, right?" TK asked.
"I know I know. But I already told Peter I was gonna stay over at his place." I explained.
"Ok. Would you wanna hang out today by chance? I asked Opal, but she's busy watching her younger cousins." TK asked.
"Oh sure. Would you wanna come here though? My mom wasn't too thrilled that I spent the night at Peter's, so she'll more than likely think I'm going to his house again if I leave." I asked.
"Of course. I'll be over in 5 minutes. Cya soon Y/N." TK said.
"Cya." I said, before hanging up.
I decided to clean my room up a bit. It wasn't terribly messy, but I still wanted it to look decent. I picked up my stack of hoodies and walked over to my closet. I opened it and began to hang them up. But that's when I noticed a strange object on the floor. I picked it up and it was a cross necklace.
"I don't own any cross necklaces..." I muttered, looking at it.
Why did it look familiar? As if I've seen it before. I decided to shrug it off. I walked over to my nightstand and set it on it. I was too worried about getting my room cleaned at the moment. After I finished hanging up my hoodies, I decided to take me laundry basket and empty it in the laundry room. I walked into the kitchen and saw a note on the table. I didn't wanna seem too snoopy, but I picked it up.
"I'm headed to work. I got called in. Chores best be done when I get home."
               -Mom
Oh that makes sense. I didn't see it there before. I chuckled to myself. Me over here thinking I'm being snoopy and crap while it's actually meant for me.
"What's that?" Steph asked, breaking me out of thought.
"A note from mom. She was called in to work." I said.
"Mk. How was your time with your little goth boy?" Steph asked, smirking.
I froze.
  "Um... Good. Great." I stuttered.
"You 2 fucked, didn't you?" Steph asked.
I frowned and nodded.
  "Yeah yeah..." I mumbled.
"You should have took the bag." Steph said.
  "I'm ok. I didn't need it anyhow." I said.
"Is he a top or bottom?" Steph asked.
"What? I don't know... I'd guess a top. Ugh why are you so interested in my sex life?" I asked, turning red with embarrassment.
"I would have guessed he was a top. And because! My little sister is finally being a little rebel." Steph said.
"Yeah yeah. Don't mention any of this when TK gets here. I don't want them knowing I had sex with Peter." I said.
  "How come?" Steph asked.
"Because they worry too much for me. And they don't exactly like Peter." I said.
Just then there was a knock on the door. Steph headed back to her room and I walked over to the door. I opened it and was met with TK. They hugged me. I smiled and hugged them back.
"My mom actually just left. But you're already here anyways." I said, pulling away.
They laughed a little.
"It's fine. I'm just glad we can hang out." They said.
I grabbed their hand and dragged them into the house.
  "Have you ate?" I asked.
  "No. You?" They asked.
"Nah. Wanna order pizza?" I asked.
"Sure. Only if you wanna." TK said.
"Pizza it is." I said, smirking.
We sat down on my bed. I called the place and ordered. After about 10 or 15 minutes of talking, the pizza finally arrived. We ate and then talked some more.
"You think we'll have school this week?" I asked.
"Most likely. I don't see why not. They have 2 and a half days to try and figure out what happened to him, but in the end it'll turn out to be suicide, I bet." TK explained.
"But why? Why would Adrian do that? It just doesn't seem like him." I said.
  "Who knows." TK said, shrugging.
TK looked over at my nightstand with a confused face.
  "What?" I asked.
"Peter gave you his necklace?" TK asked.
  "Wait, that's Peter's?" I asked.
  "Yeah." TK said.
"Weird. I found it in my closet when I was hanging my hoodies. It was on the floor, slightly buried." I said.
  "Creepy." TK muttered.
"I'll get it back to him this monday." I said.
"You really like him?" TK asked.
  "Of course. Why?" I asked.
"I just... I get bad vibes from him. And it's not at all because of the way he dresses. I'm all cool on the goth look and all, but he... He just doesn't seem right. Like he's hiding something." TK explained.
"You're just paranoid. He's really sweet. Are you just worried about me being with him?" I asked.
"I don't want you getting hurt. He seems controlling. And manipulative. And you, no offense, can easily be controlled or manipulated." TK said.
I frowned and folded my arms.
"That's just straight up bull shit." I said.
"Y/N... Sometimes. I'm not saying all the time." They said.
I sighed.
"I guess you have a point." I said.
"Let's talk about something else before someone gets angry." TK said, chuckling.
I chuckled a little as well.
