"Kyojuro!" Yue screamed as she struggled to get up.
"You'll die! This will kill you Kyojuro!" Akaza said as he still begged him to become a demon.
"Become a demon.. say that you'll become a demon! You are strong and one of the chosen ones!" Akaza added as Kyojuro stared into space with wide eyes and coughed up more blood. Yue started to hyperventilate, her breaths became quicker and shorter as she watched blood drip from Kyojuro's chest.
"No.. I refuse to let someone else that I love die!" Yue said to herself as she got up and gripped her sword. Kyojuro looked at Akaza before bringing his sword down which surprised the Upper Moon. Despite being on the edge of death, he still had strength. Akaza struggled to remove his arm from Kyojuro wound as Kyojuro sword went deeper and deeper into his neck. Yue ran up to Akaza and just as he pulled away from Kyojuro she slammed her sword into Akaza back.
Kyojuro fell to his knees doubling over as Yue stood in front of her dying lover. She gripped her sword glaring at Akaza as tears fell from her face.
"I'm going to kill you" she growled as her aura became stronger causing Akaza to freeze, which gave her to chance to run up to him and grab his arms restraining him as he noticed the sun was starting to come up. She was going to restrain him until the sun fully came up. He pulled on his arms but it felt like she just got stronger and won't let go. As he struggled to get her to let go, one of the blue Hanafuda earring fell out of Yue pocket and fell to the ground, Akaza glanced down and looked at the earring surprised.
'W-what is this power? I haven't felt this power since Yoriichi and Kabutsu'
"If you make it out alive, i want you to deliver a message to Muzan..tell him that I'm getting stronger and I will find him and I will end all of you! You all have taken someone important to me and for that I will not hold back no mercy!" Yue screamed. Akaza was looking at her with wide eyes. He ended up ripping both of his arms off before running into the forest, Tanjiro following but stopped once he reached the trees as he knew he wouldn't be able to catch up to the demon. Yue bent down and picked up the earring, placing it back in her pocket before turning around.
Tanjiro threw his sword on the ground out of anger as Yue fell to her knees staring at Kyojuro. He had blood covering his face and chest.
"Kyo" she whispered crawling over to him.
"Don't run away! Don't run away, you coward! The Demon Slayer Corps.. is always fighting demons like you in the dark where you have the advantage! Our wounds don't close up that easily! And we cannot regenerate a limb once lost! Don't run away, you bastard! You bastard! Coward!" Tanjiro yelled as Kyojuro looked up at the boy.
"Rengoku-San is way more amazing than you! He's stronger! Rengoku-San didn't lose! He didn't let anybody die! He fought to the end! He protected them to the end! You're the one who lost! Rengoku-San is the one who won!" Tanjiro yelled into the forest as tears streamed down his face not knowing that Akaza indeed heard everything. Tanjiro broke down crying as Inosuke's body shook. Kyojuro smiled lightly as Yue made it over to him and was sitting in front of him.
