"Your wounds won't reopen Tanaka-San, just stretch so your muscles can get back to normal" Aoi scolded the older girl, it's been about a month, Yue was almost completely healed, she hated the scar that was left on her face even though Senjuro said it looked super cool when him and Shinjuro came to visit her. She had a scar of three claw marks on her side. Yue was attempting to finish her physical therapy so she can get back to normal life but it was hard for her as she was just so paranoid that another demon would try to attack.
"Aoi-Kun, I've been stretching for the past 20 minutes when can I stop" Yue complained.
"Todays your last day of this therapy, we have to make sure your body is in tip top shape before you can leave the estate" Aoi explained and saw Yue lightly roll her eyes.
"If Kyo ever let's me leave the estate" she mumbled and Aoi sighed, she made Yue stop stretching. Yue sat down on the grass and Aoi sat across from her.
"What do you mean?" Aoi asked and Yue sighed as her fingers made their way to the grass.
"I highly doubt Kyo-Sama is going to let me leave the estate without someone with me if he even lets me leave past the Wisteria" Yue said looking down as she picked at the grass.
"It's because he loves and cares for you Tanaka-Chan, Rengoku-San cares for everyone Ofcourse but he has a special place in his heart for you, it's expected that he's gonna be protective" Aoi pointed out and Yue nodded her head. The two girls looked up as they saw the Water Pillar start to head over to the two.
"Go see your cousin" Aoi smiled lightly before getting up, she bowed at the Hashira in respect before walking away. Yue stayed in her spot as Giyuu sat across from her, exactly where Aoi was sitting.
"How are you feeling?" He asked softly.
"I've seen better days" she replied shrugging.
"You worried Rengoku-San" he said and she sighed.
"I know, I was dumb to think I could take on a demon without my sword" Yue replied and he shook his head.
"Both you and Rengoku-San are putting the blame on yourselves, stop it. What happened, happened and you can't change that, you need to move on, like I told him, there has to be a reason why those two demons were so close to the estate" Giyuu monotone voice said and Yue nodded her head.
"You're right Giyuu-San" she replied smiling softly.
"I'm just glad you're safe. You don't know how quickly I ran here when my crow told me the news about you" Giyuu whispered. Yue looked up from the ground and saw Giyuu looking down.
"Giyuu" she said and he looked up at her. She grabbed his hand and gave it a squeeze.
"It's gonna take a hell lot more than some demon to take your cousin away" she said smiling and he actually gave her a smile back.
