"Im sorry we couldn't find them pretty girl" Kyojuro said as the two walked back into the house. They spent all morning searching for those earrings and they couldn't find them so they gave up. It made Yue sad but there was really nothing she could do.
"It's okay Kyo." She replied softly. She must say, when she woke up this morning she felt much better, her headache hasn't returned yet, the bad thoughts were gone. She felt like she was back to normal.
"Did you find them Yue-San?" Senjuro asked walking up to the girl, she lightly shook her head and gave the boy a small smile.
"But that's okay, you know some things happen for a reason. As long as everyone else is okay, then I'm okay" she smiled ruffling the boys hair earning a giggle out of him.
"We must be going Senjuro, my missions will be starting up again soon" Kyojuro said and Senjuro face dropped.
"I don't want you to leave Onii-Chan, Yue-Chan" Senjuro whined and Yue brought the boy into a hug.
"We'll be back more often, I promise" she whispered tightening her hug. She kissed the little boys forehead before standing up straight.
"Come here" Kyojuro said to his brother opening his arms, Senjuro jumped in his older brothers arms hugging him tight. Yue smiled lightly and turned around as she saw Shinjuro by the door, smiling lightly. Yue approached the older man, she didn't smell alcohol on him so maybe that's a good sign.
"Leavening so soon?" He asked and she nodded slightly. His smile remained on his face as he pulled the younger girl in for a hug.
"Kyojuro talked to me earlier, I won't be there to say it so I'm gonna say it now... I'm so happy for you and him" he said softly into her ear and she slightly tilted her head in confusion.
'What did Kyojuro talk to his dad about?'
He released the hug and he smiled one last time before walking back into his room leaving the girl confused.
"You ready pretty girl?" Kyojuro asked coming up behind Yue. She nodded her head turning to the Flame Hashira.
The two bid their goodbyes to Senjuro and Shinjuro one last time before the two were off heading back to headquarters. The two walked in a comfortable silence, the sun was out but was covered in small white clouds. The birds chirped and squirrels were running around the trees. She was on Kyojuro back after he insisted he carry her half the way. Her limp legs bounced with every step he took as his arms were tightly around her thighs. His hands gave her back thigh a squeeze a couple of times making the girl blush.
She leaned her face down towards his neck and peppered Kyojuro neck with kisses which she felt him shiver under.
"Kyojuro" she whispered into his ear.
"Hmm" he replied as she could see his cheeks were tinted pink.
"Mm nothing, I just love you" she replied nibbling at his ear, he stopped suddenly and placed the girl down. She looked up at him confused.
