Kyojuro eyes fluttered open but squinted slightly as his eyes adjusted to the light.
"Rengoku-Sama, you're awake" the Kakushi said as Kyojuro looked around. He died, he was sure of it and now all of a sudden he's back to life.
He blinked a couple of times and touched his face.
'My eye is healed'
He sat up slowly and looked down at his chest.
'Where's the wound?'
"Her heart rate is slowing down, we need to get her back to the Butterfly Estate now" he heard a Kakushi say and his head snapped over to where the voice came from, his eyes widen as he saw Yue laying on the ground with multiple Kakushi surrounding her.
"Yue.. what happened to her?" He asked as he slowly approached the girl. He crouched down to Yue and gently grabbed her hand. She had blood all over her and he knew it wasn't hers but his when he got hurt, he sighed softly feeling a little relief as he was still able to see her chest rise and fall.
"Rengoku-San... she used a technique I've never seen before where she healed you" Tanjiro said softly and Kyojuro knew what she did.
"No" he whispered to himself as the Kakushi pulled him away from her so they could load her on the stretcher.
"Come sit on a stretcher Rengoku-Sama, we're taking you all back to the estate where Kocho-San will heal you" the female Kakushi said pushing Kyojuro in the direction of the stretcher, he allowed the Kakushi help him as he took a seat, his eyes never leaving Yue's body. She looked so lifeless, her face was pale and her body felt cold when he touched her.. two Kakushi picked up Kyojuro stretcher and two more picked up Yue, Tanjiro was in one as well as Zenitsu and Inosuke assured them that they didn't need one. Slowly they all walked back to the butterfly estate.
'Is she even going to make it? She's so stubborn to do something so reckless like that!'

Barely anyone has encountered an Upper Moon and survived" Tengen spoke up as all the Hashira lined up by the estate to greet their fellow Hashira and Demon Slayers. After hearing the news of the Flame Pillar fighting a Upper Moon, they all waited for his arrival. Kyojuro made the Kakushi stop as he got off the stretcher and approached his fellow teammates.
"It was indeed tough, Upper Moons are more powerful than I thought. In fact I did die.. Yue saved me" Kyojuro spoke softly as he watched her lifeless body being taken into the butterfly estate. Mitsuri eyes softened as she was the first to notice the change in Rengoku. He wasn't smiling, he wasn't being loud, he wasn't being energetic.
