"Will we be heading to the Mugen Train?" The boy asked as the three walked, Yue brushing her fingers alongside Kyojuro's.
"Yes, we will" ~~~~~~ "But first... let's inspect the station where the conductor's body was found" Kyojuro said holding the door of the train station open for the boy and Yue.
The three walked around the empty station, no one was in sight except for an old lady and young girl who were still at their bento stands. Yue over heard the two talking as the three Slayers approached the two.
"All clear! No demons in sight!" Kyojuro crow said coming back from circling around the station with Yue crow.
"The demons come out at night" the grandma said causing the little girl to yell at her grandmother.
"There are no demons, you're seriously bringing up demons again?" The girl asked her grandma as Kyojuro stood infront of the girl as the boy and Yue stood to the side, the two crows on each of Yue's shoulders.
"I just need to sell as many bentos as I can. It's already worse with my mom being pregnant and I heard my fathers shop isn't doing well" the girl said playing with the bean paste bun in her hand before looking up at the tall man standing in front of her.
"Good evening! The moon is beautiful tonight isn't it" Kyojuro asked smiling.
"I'm searching for a demon... you haven't seen one have you?" Kyojuro asked as Yue and the Demon Slayer both looked at Kyojuro like he was crazy.
"Kyo-Sama you can't just ask straightforward questions like that!" Yue scolded Kyojuro approaching him.
"Ma'am, is there something you can tell me?" Kyojuro added looking at the old lady as the little girl stood in between Kyojuro and her grandmother in a way to protect her grandma.
"D-demon? What kind of talk is that? What is wrong with you?, stay away from us!"The girl said as her hands were shaking. Kyojuro looked at the bean paste bun that she had in her hand.
"Be careful, if you keep shaking like that, you'll drop that precious bean paste bun" Kyojuro said as Yue rolled her eyes.
'Of course he's thinking of food'
"Stay away from us!" The girl yelled throwing the paste bun at Kyojuro, it hit his head and before it could fall to the ground, Kyojuro caught it and took a bite of it.
"Umai!" Kyojuro said smiling.
"D-don't mind him" Yue said smiling lightly standing in front of her boyfriend.
"I don't believe in demons, there's no way there could be any and you know it!" The girl yelled.
"What's your name sweetie?" Yue asked softly crouching down to the little girls height and the girl hesitated before responding to Yue.
