I quickly shut the door behind me and slid down the door. My head was in my hands while I bit my lip to stop myself from screaming. My head felt like it was about to explode. I wanted cut my head off, it was so bad. I lifted my head out of my hands and hugged my knees. I laid my head on my knees. Then my vision went black.
I was in the same dark room as in my dream, but there was a window outside. I got up off the floor and walked to the window. When I looked out the window, lightning shot across the sky and I fell on my back. I heard a dark laugh from behind me, so I turned to see who it was. It was a person in a blood red cloak. I stood up slowly and backed away from the person. Again it laughed, but then it did something it's never done before. It spoke. "I'm going to find you," it said in a low evil voice. "It's in the prophecy. You will come with us and we will kill you. Limb by limb." It laughed again. Then the floor started to shake, I lost my balance, and fell.
My vision went back to normal and I heard someone screaming. I closed my mouth and then realized that I had been screaming. I looked up to see a worried James holding onto my shoulders. "Are you okay?" He asked me. I shook my head no. "The prophecy..." I trailed off in a whisper. James looked confused, but I just stood up and walked over to my bed. I looked out the window and thought. Harry and Ginny burst into the room asking what happened. "Can you take me to the ministry?" I interrupted them. Everyone turned to look at me, confused looks on their faces.
"What?" Harry asked.
"Can you take me to the Ministry of Magic?" I asked a little louder this time.
"Why?" James and Harry asked at the same time.
"I want to know my prophecy," I said boldly.
"That's not a good idea," Ginny added in.
"Why?" James asked again.
"Because, I had another dream, but instead I blacked out not asleep. There was a window, not a mirror. I was alone. And... and the cloaked person talked to me. Told me that it was the prophecy that they will kill me. I have to know who "they" are!" I said and looked out the window.
There was a long pause behind me, then some whispering, and then a hand on my back. I turned to see James by my side. He smiled at me then leaned close to me. "You can go, but I have to come," he whispered into my ear. I nodded that I accepted this. I wanted to go alone, but as long as I found out I didn't care. I heard the door close behind us, which meant Harry and Ginny had left.
"I could go by myself,' I whispered, more to myself than to James.
"I know, but I want to go, too," James whispered back.
He pulled me into a hug and I laid my head on his shoulder. I looked out the window and saw the sky was a light grey color. I pulled away from the hug. I started to pace around the room. "What's wrong?" James asked. I stopped pacing and looked at him.
"It looks like a really bad storm is coming," I said to him.
"Yeah, so..." he said cluelessly.
"In my dream, there was a bad storm. I bet that they will come get me then," I said angrily.
James stepped towards me and put his hand on my shoulder. "When I said they wouldn't get you, I meant it." I sighed and turned my head to the darkening sky. James his hands on my cheeks and turned my head to face him. "I really meant it," he whispered. I nodded and stared into his eyes. He pulled me closer and put short kiss on my lips. I smiled at him and nodded again. I knew he really meant it, but these people seemed like they would do anything to get what they wanted.
"When do we leave?" I asked James, to take my mind off things.
"Tomorrow morning," he replied.
I nodded and walked over to lay down on the pink bed. I put my head on the surprisingly soft pillow. "Will you be okay?" James asked, halfway to the door. I nodded my head yes. "Am I allowed in if I hear screaming?" He asked while opening the door. I thought for a moment, but nodded my head yes again. James smiled at me.
"Goodnight, New Girl," he said and closed the door behind him.
