"Whoa," someone whispered as I walked by. I smiled to myself and ran to catch up to Aiyanna.
"Looks like a did a good job," she said, happily. I was wearing my hair in messy waves. Aiyanna insisted on me wearing a lot of makeup, but I got her to only put a little eyeshadow on and some lip gloss. She even took the extra time to make my scar less scary.
"Yeah, but I hate all the attention," I whined.
"Suck it up, buttercup. Oh! Here comes James!" She said a little loudly. I rolled my eyes and kept walking. I heard James curse under his breath and then he grabbed my arm.
"You look amazing," he said when I turned around. I yanked my arm out of his hand.
"Should've kept me then," then ran to catch up with Aiyanna. She gave me a thumbs up and walked into the library.
"Are you gonna tell me why the headmistress would want to meet you in the library?" Aiyanna bugged me. I was about to answer her, but then the headmistress walked in.
"Luna, I thought I said to come alone?" Headmistress asked.
"Sorry, but she's the reason I knew about it in the first place," I said quietly, looking down at my hands.
"Very well," she sighed and then motioned for me to come over to her. I walked over to her quickly. She studied my scratches and then sighed.
"It's true then, isn't it?" I asked her.
"No, Luna dear!" The headmistress exclaimed. "Your a lucky girl. Your no werewolf. That wolf wasn't a werewolf. She was an animugus. It will leave a scar, but that's all,"
I sighed in relief and thanked her. She left quickly with a small smile. I turned towards Aiyanna and hugged her.
"Sounds like I deserve and apology," someone said from behind me. I looked at Aiyanna and she mouthed the word James. I rolled my eyes and turned around.
"You aren't a werewolf, you're not dead, I deserve an apology," he said as a matter a factly.
"You don't deserve anything but to leave me alone. Your a cheating liar and you get nothing from me," I told him and left the library.
If he honestly felt he did nothing wrong then something was wrong with his brain.
